I order loaded tots both Philly and the 3 cheese. The Philly had 2 pieces of meat and hardly any cheese. The 3 cheese had even less cheese. They were so dry and lacking of cheese that they just rolled around in the container. The pizza that I order was awful as well. I paid for extra cheese and it was clearly not there. The pizza was dry and hard. I ordered this online but picked it up from the store. I am staying at the hotel because I am from another state. I ordered dipping sauce that i did not get. I called to see if they would bring it to me since it was their mistake. They said they would have to charge me a delivery fee. Why should I pay for their mistake. I won’t ever go there again.

We live in a little town and the young girl in there is very very polite professional their pizzas are just excellent they’re fresh and their deals are pretty good too and they’re very efficient I know more than order and punch it on my phone and then drive around another quarter and she’s pulling out of the oven and that’s what I’m talking about 5 minutes is done but very good service I would recommend Domino’s Pizza in ark City to anyone Steven Lyon yep that’s me

After severe burnout due to a previous employer, I wasn’t exactly the most reliable while working here. Still, management here was very understanding when it came to my struggling mental health and worked with me until I left. They are kind and make itba point to have fun, even during stressful rushes. Donal, Chris, and Sognira are by far some of the best managers I’ve had. NOT ONCE did I ever witness any kind of pest infestation, which is a plus given how many places in this town I’ve worked that have struggled with maintaining a pest-free workplace

I’m at a total loss with this place. They are consistent with one thing, and one thing only…their inconsistency. One out of five times is the average for getting the sauce cups you pay for, I would also guess that the “extra sauce” instructions look almost identical to the “lite sauce” option since there is never any sauce on a pizza ordered from this store. I have attached a picture of what “extra sauce” looks like at this location

Can’t remember dipping sauce to save a life. It never fails, every other order they forget it. And what’s with the slices breaking off. Is it too thin in the middle or not cut all the way though?

I guess I’ve never had a bad experience, when somethings messed up they always fixed it. But just now on our way home, I didn’t see their delivery driver coming and we almost collided he slammed on his breaks flipped me off blowing his horn and upset my daughter. I get it, it was kinda close slow down no need for the finger like that…my daughter’s still upset about that finger!

We have ordered from here fairly often. Always have been very happy. Only complaint would be sometimes dont receive cheese and pepper packs. Other than that the pies are always excellent and hot.
