Ordered online and got their early. Paid for my pizza and was told to pull into curbside and it’ll be brought out to me. Shortly after parking the app notified me that the pizza was done. After waiting 15+ minutes i drive back to the window to find out that it had been waiting their the whole time. Very disappointing to waste someone’s time after the end of a long work day.

Ordered a garden salad. They didn’t have any. So substituted the Caesar chicken salad. It had brown and slimy leaves and the chicken smelled off. The corporate office refused to give me a credit for a garden salad and instead offered coupons for pizza. Very disappointing. All I wanted was a garden salad. Exactly what I ordered and paid for. Very simple solution. Zero customer service.

My pasta was good, but what the heck is going on with these wings? This has to be the WORST wings I’ve ever ordered anywhere. I didn’t realize you only drizzle sauce on the top of bone in wings like its carmel syrup on top of a Frappuccino instead of… literally chicken, but ok. Calling the store for a refund/replacement tomorrow and will update depending on their customer service. I’m particularly upset because I specifically ordered dominos FOR THESE WINGS and this is what you give me. Majorly disappointed.

I had an issue with my order that I realized once I got home. I called the store and was told I could either get a refund or a remake. I called the next day as I was told to only for them to have no idea what was going on. They took my number and said a manager would give me a call once they got in but I never received one. It’s been several days. I wouldn’t usually care but this was an expensive order.

Took forever on a pickup and was a Tues just seemed a little indifferent then got irritated with me cause I came back in the store 4 times to pick up my order the pizza was dominos and was exactly as ordered and to expectation just took over an hour for pickup that was supposed to be ready in 30 35 min so not the end of the world but being irritated about coming in the store to often I guess is the real reason domino’s got a 3 star review what are you supposed to do tell me the protocol domino’s expects and maybe I’ll jump on board or find a pizza somewhere else

Ate one of their sandwiches it had a huge amount of sauce on it and I got food poisoning the next day. Unsanitary conditions in store and not using gloves causes sickness. Please wash hands.
