Consistent delivery issues with this location, 90% of the time the driver can’t find the address or gives up before they even find it. Most recent order was given to someone else across town, not even remotely close to where our delivery address is, and had to argue for some time before they remade it. I’m not in a strange location or hard to find, I’m in a heavily populated residence literally right by the front entrance with a large, visible house number. It’s either a system issue or their delivery drivers need better instruction/training on how to navigate their gps.

The only pizza place I like to order from. Also the only place I haven’t had issues with. I know other people may say differently, but I like the selection, the prices, and how fast they get it done. I’m proud of our Domino’s location here in Moberly.

Found out the pizza tracker means absolutely nothing, went through fixing it, in the oven and ready. I pull up to the drive up window and they never got it on their screen, so I was told, but they eventually found the order

The past two experience s with this location have been absolutely pathetic. First order they are out of bone in wings. Instead of calling us and informing us of the situation they send boneless wings and three lava cakes to make up the difference. The delivery driver failed to.let us know. We thought we had the wrong order. Manager named Tyler was supposed to send coupon for bone in wings. It never came. Second time I order a pizza for pickup. Supposed to have extra pepperoni but clearly is lacking. I bring this to employees attention. She offers to make a new one after waiting 45 for original pizza. I tell her I want my money back. She takes pizza from me and tells me to wait a minute. She takes my pizza which was paid for through the kitchen to the manager who comes out and tells me it has extra pepperoni it is just under the cheese. He offers no remedy. I take pizza home and trash it. I thought at least I could eat the pretzel bites…wrong. They were barely cooked, not even close to toasted. Horrible on all ends

Fantastic service. We are unable to leave work until the end of the day and nobody else would deliver because we are a new facility and the address isn’t showing up in their systems. The manager took down all of the information and assured that they would deliver to us and pass on the address information to their owner so that it will show in their system. I really appreciate them taking care of the issue and helping us out at our facility.

I was really excited when I saw a free pizza on my Domino’s app so I decided to go ahead and get one. Since it was free the only thing I had to pay for was garlic sauce and extra cheese so the total was about two dollars and some change order through the app and after getting a tracker notification that it was in the oven I completely lost it on the tracker. Thought it was no big deal apps mess up sometimes, so I got on my email and try to do the tracker through there and it said that my order wasn’t found it but just decided to wait about the normal time it would take for a pizza to be made and then go ahead and head up there. When I got there there was no issues waiting a bit for them to come to the window but I wasn’t too worried about it got my pizza and went home when I got home and open my pizza let’s just say I was very disappointed. Even though it had supposedly just been made it looked like it had been sitting there for an hour. It was just a little warm and just by the look of it it didn’t look too appetizing. I literally live 10 minutes away from this dominoes there’s no way it could’ve gotten that cold and stale on that short drive home. Also noticed there is barely any cheese barely any sauce and barely any crust! Really seem like they had started making a thin crust or something. It was really disappointing.

I love this Domino’s. They make mistakes sometimes, but they always make it right, and the pizza is pretty well made. It’s hard work in a pizza kitchen, and making deliviries requires good knowledge of the area and good organization skills. These folks are great, and deserve a raise, whatever they’re getting paid.
