Stuck between 3 or 4 stars. The chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza was great, but the tots were a 1/10. They were just extremely disappointing. The inside was very clean and well kept, but there appeared to only be one worker (which seemed a bit weird).

I ordered at 10:30 on the app for as soon as possible. Gets here near 12:30. It was flattened as if somebody was standing on the boxes the two hours I was waiting for it. I ordered a garlic dip cup and it was flattened into the box. I want a refund and I’m on the phone on hold as I type this to get one. I’ve been on hold 28 minutes so far. On the other hand my previous carry out orders I’ve never had an issue with, although they got rid of the large three topping carry out offer I used to use.

Love the crust, love that the prices when using coupons usually aren’t too bad and I can pretend for a slice that Biden isn’t our president. But their website is broken so good luck leaving stars for each order. I ordered a 2-topping medium pizza well done and cut into squares (which I know throws people off), along with the pizza I got a order of Lava cakes. Well after getting done with a massage I was stoked for my order. But that was short lived, the Lava Cakes are burnt & you can even smell it. The pizza well I don’t know if it even went through the oven. Since it was closing time and I wanted to get home, I didn’t notice it till then. This was my first time ordering there or in fact a Dominos in the state of Missouri.

I am not picky when it comes to pizza. Sure I have my favorites but overall it’s hard to make a bad pizza….or so I thought!! Everything was overcooked and burnt. Pizza is not cheap anymore so it’s not every day we order. Disappointed in Dominoes.

READ THE REVIEWS. I have given this location many chances… I know they are new and apparently have constant ‘issues’ with drivers.. but I feel like by now these issues should be fixed. Please do not allow an online order option if more often than not you will require customers to pick up only (sometimes without even a courtesy call, you have to chase down your order and HOPE someone answers the phone) and don’t get me started on the times that the food does get delivered, ALWAYS short a soda or any extra item ordered and then you’re told to call the store (which is a joke) to chase down the missing item or refund. When you DO interact with an employee, you don’t get an apology and they act as if YOU’RE THE PROBLEM RECOMMEND: Pizza Hut is literally on the same block and doesn’t have NEAR this many issues)

We’ve ordered from this Dominos for years. Recently orders have been wrong (forgotten sodas etc). We ordered a pizza at 7:05 pm. It is now 8:20, no pizza. I understand slow deliveries but I have called three times and each time, I get an outgoing message that 1) my pizza is with a driver and then 2) “your call has been rejected”- before dropping the call. Ridiculous. We are starving and can’t even ask anyone where our pizza is.
