Honestly I get all the 1 star reviews but do yourself a favor and put in a little more effort when you order.

Y’all good? This location needs to be checked up on. We placed multiple online orders and they end up getting canceled. So obviously we call up there to see why I was canceled however the first time I received with a greeting on the from an actual yet when you say that you place an online order that has been canceled they immediately hang up on you. Then calling back they hang up on you. A reason should be given at the very least. It was plain rude.

Ok, I hate giving one star reviews! But this place is completely mismanaged! I read other reviews and have literally had all of the different things happen to us as well. Dominoes, I love your food and when there’s a well run I’ve never had any issues. As I was reading through the other reviews I noticed a couple 5 star reviews. After reading those reviews, it seems as if the employees themselves are reviewing and trying to counter All the 1 star reviews to justify there means. Once literally has instructions to call and order the food. When the app should do the exact same thing. The GM at the location needs to be reviewed and quality assured. Again, I’m not a big complainer BUT, this happened today, I ordered delivery at 7:09, checked app at 7:16 order canceled, no call, nothing. I drive there (2nd time I’ve driven there for same reason). A single guy is back there working alone, register, prepping everything. We proceeded to make an order in person, he said 20 minutes. We walk around for 30 and go back. We walk in and wait and he proceeds to tell us that “im just getting started on yours now”. Do something corporate!

I paid for two large pizzas, and when I picked them up, they were two mediums. The person handing them to me said with a straight face, “It’s a medium box, but they are larges inside.” I got home and measured just in case, but they’re just mediums. She lied. I called to get the order fixed, and they immediately hanged up on me. I called again and then they put me on hold forever.

This is Dominoes is a fail. I ordered my phone and was waiting when I decided to cal a hour later. I was told my food was coming out the oven. It was a 1 hour later and the only excuse was that they only had one driver. But why was my 1 pizza just coming out the oven 1 hour later .

large bubbles all over the pizza, box was soggy bc I think they made it way before I was supposed to pick it up(employee remarked “I’ve been wondering ALL DAY who this was for”) and let it sit for hours. the soggy box caused some of the bottom dough to be soggy and stick to the box. didn’t put garlic butter on the crust. A couple slices tasted like chemicals. One of the worst dominos I’ve ever been to.

Everything went perfect. Ordered off the app and they started making the pizza right away, I think it was Alec making the pizza. Pizza was finished as I arrived. I was shocked how good it was. My wife said the wings are WAY better than wing stop. Best deals are on the app.

Worst dominos ever. They cancelled my online order so I reordered for pick up. I arrive and wait way too long for the employee to tell me that they didn’t make the pizzas because they don’t have the ingredients. Save your time and eat somewhere else. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

I was charged 19.72 for a large one topping pizza thought she said $9 didn’t notice until I looked at the receipt go to pick my pizza up and here the same employee say a large one topping is 9.99 to a different customer so I knew then I wasn’t tripping… and magically when I purchased my pizza she said they couldn’t run my card through the machine had to type it in manually. Now I have a receipt that just says the amount I was charged and not even what I was charged for some type of scam is going on needs to be investigated ASAP!!!!!! Must be scamming tips beware

Waited 40 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready to get a pan of cheese dip with barely anything in it and had to scrape with a knife to get the hardened cheese off the pan, a Cold but Burnt pepperoni pizza, a fresh philly steak but with HUGE bubbles that meant half the pizza was barren and void of any toppings, both pizza were not cut through the crust.
