Ordered delivery for me and my kids. Was very late. Called to check on it. Driver came and couldn’t track him on the app. He delivered the wrong pizza. I order pepperoni and he delivers a Alfredo mushroom beef onion and green pepper pizza. I called back to tell them and the manager tells me he will get this resolved. He doesn’t call me back. I wait and I receive an email saying the delivery wasn’t what it was expected to be an here’s 60 points. That is not a good way to resolve this at all. I called back and get told to hold on. I’m not put on hold I’m just left on the counter and I hear “Is that that lady again”. So since I can hear everything and I don’t it doesn’t sound busy I drive down there. Only one car in the drive through and when I get to the window I explain I need my pizza remade. I told him I ordered a medium pepperoni and he said he’d remake it x-large for me and apologized. I parked in the front and I waited almost 40 minutes for a cold medium pizza. Not even fresh. I got home to my toddlers at 10pm with a cold pizza. All this after paying delivery fee. Completely unacceptable. I need my money back.

i ordered a small cheese pizza with cinnamon twists online to be delivered. it’s currently been an hour since i ordered, still in the ‘prep’ stage on the app. i called, was put on hold for 10 minutes before i finally hung up. i spent 23$ for this kind of service.

I live .9 of a mile away from the Farmington dominos, placed the order on their app at 4:23, called the store to check on the order at 5:53 the guy told me it was in route, 30 min later still nothing, so when we called back the lady informed us we ordered off a hot spot location and they don’t deliver there? I asked what that meant since I used their app, added my address and description of my front porch, she said she didn’t know, so she replaced the order at 6:20. If they were unable to deliver the pizza shouldn’t they have called the number and contacted me, instead of sending me text updates on the order? Just a thought??? It’s 7 PM and I still don’t have the pizzas I ordered at 4:23. Looking at the previous reviews seems like this is a reoccurring issue. Thank God for Pizza Hut and Little Caesar’s, doesn’t look like Dominos is much of an option for Farmington anymore.

Typically ok, but I have been displeased when they left out the sauce cups I paid for, and/or dry chicken. Complained and still didn’t get my sauce. $0.65 Dude. Don’t charge for it or make sure it’s in the box. One of two pizza delivery places in the area.

We placed an order through the app and were told we’d have to cancel it because the owner stated that they were unable to accept payments using $100 bills, although it is legal tender. I can understand taking precautions, but that’s what authenticity markers are for. Bad business practices, possibly look into alternate ways so you don’t lose money or upset customers. Luckily Pizza Hut is around

Needed a quick dinner and dominoes is always a simple cheap quality fix. I stop in here often whether it be for a pasta or sandwich and also for a pizza now and again. I ordered on the app this past Thursday. My husband went to pick up the order, and the order was incorrect after he arrived home with it. I called the store, and they informed me that they would give me two free bread sticks for the inconvenience. So 24 hours later, Friday, I order 1/2 of my breadsticks, I arrive at the store 25 minutes later, and was told that my approximate wait time is 32 minutes. After running a couple errands (which was already an inconvenience as I had a toddler in the backseat) I arrive at the store 30 minutes later. I get back in like, and the lady tells me it’s going to still be another 45 minutes to an hour . I tell them forget it and cancel my order. I must also add that I watched several workers, and not one of them wore gloves while handling food. It was absolutely disgusting.
