I’m sure this place isn’t bad all the time, but todays experience was garbage. I had ordered a pizza only to receive half of it with a box of cinnamon bread with the condiments already opened…the worst part in my opinion is I had also spoken with the staff members working prior to my order being completed. The manager herself hand delivered to me the boxes in the image. Then after finding out and going to address the issue, the manager would only play dumb and smirk at me, before deciding to remake the order. I decided to wait, while waiting I then notice the staff member not wearing gloves, grabbing my toppings with her bare hands. (I’d prefer a person wear gloves to grab the toppings) She turned out very helpful, much more than the manager. I’m sure it can’t be like this all the time but a bad first experience to one of my nearest dominos.

I have ordered from here numerous times. Yes a few times my food has taken way longer to arrive than I would have preferred, but the staff has always been polite and apologetic on the phone. The drivers are always polite as well, and my food (when it arrives) is hot and tasty. A staff member gave me a heads up, if I order after 5:30 on a weekend night it will always take longer because that’s their busiest time. Plus anytime my order has taken longer the app automatically has given me either a coupon off whole order or a free medium pizza for my trouble (without my requesting compensation)

honestly i wish i could give this store a 0 star. It’s so unsanitary here. I don’t know how they haven’t closed the store down yet. It’s genuinely so disgusting. I know someone that works for Dominos and they said this store didn’t pass AOA (or whatever it’s called). I genuinely do not know how they’re not cracking down on this store or just closing it/getting new staff.

They forgot to deliver a 2 liter of soda with the order. Called to let them know, and was sarcastically answered with “oh no…you didn’t get your coke? Well we will make that our biggest priority.” When I called back -45- minutes later to ask the whereabouts, they had closed down the store for the night.

Do not visit this location. Terrible. Manager talks down to the younger employees. Delivering is several hours. Even you go into store they have the order wrong and refund it and then STILL get it wrong again. Management is terrrrrrrrrible

Extremely slow. The staff who do work there are nice and make good food but upper management refuses to pay them decent wages and they can’t keep drivers as a result. Whatever regional manager or whatever role determines this should feel ashamed of themselves.

The two stars are for employees who were professional and polite. The rest is for failed timeliness and transparency. They need to give individual stores control over the online tracker so it can reflect their individual store estimated wait window. Here’s my experience: I ordered at 5:37pm. I wanted to order a nice dinner for my friends who were having their first night at home with their baby. I called this store at 6pm because the order had not moved from the prep stage on the tracker. I waited on hold for 9 minutes before someone answered. It was a female. I did not ask her name. I was told the online tracker is not accurate and that the order hadnt been started yet. I was told it would take another 30 to 35 minutes. I called again at 7pm because my friends had not received their order yet. I spoke with a woman named Emily. She checked on my order and said it was coming out of the oven. It arrived right before 730.

My daughter and I walked in and staff greeted us with a welcome and smile. It was 1000 degrees (inside and out) and they were clearly extremely busy. They were still friendly and we did not wait long at all all 3 pizzas and bread perfect….overall one of the best customer service experiences. Thank you!
