This Domino’s need to be shut down. They can never get the orders right they always missing something or is always late. When you call they tell you that someone is coming or they’ll bring you your missing items and never do. They cannot get the simple orders right three items. Today it took two and a half hours to get food and still had missed something out of the three items we ordered. This does not make any sense Shut them Down!!!!!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. We ordered three pizzas to be delivered to our place at 7:30 pm. The pizza should have been delivered to us be 8:00. Pm. 8:00 came and there was no pizza. We had to call back to the restaurant where they informed us of a 1hr and 45 min wait. We waited for about another hour and a half before they just canceled the order on us. Never order from here if you actually want food.

My son and I were in St. Louis for a convention. We ordered Dominoes for delivery at 11:30. Instead of telling us they were closed. They took our order and led us to believe our pizza would arrive in 45 minutes to an hour. We were at a hotel so we waited in lobby while everyone around us received their food orders. It is now almost 3 am and we still didn’t receive our pizza.

Took a little while to get delivered to my hotel. The driver had other orders in his car though so they may have been busy, so I understand. The pizza was still warm when I got it. Flavor wise I’ve had better at other Domino’s. That being said, I’ve also had much worse.

The Chicken I ordered was fine but the pizza had too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese I could literally see a lot of spaces of tomato sauce where there should of been cheese. Also I don’t know their policy on napkins but the guy that gave me my order literally gave me 5 napkins for 2 medium pizzas, a 16 piece chicken and a 8 piece chicken. And when I asked for a few more napkins he advised me that he could not give me anymore even tho he had just opened up a new package to give me the 5 that he had given me. Smh these workers are just flat lazy and anyway they can cut corners so they won’t have to do anything extra they won’t do it and it’s a shame because we as paying customers are the ones paying to get those items with our food everytime we place an order with these restaurants. I ordered dominos again April 24, 2022 and got extra cheese and still see tomato sauce this is crazy and half of my pizza was folded in the box wow just can’t get it right. And just cause it was hot don’t mean squat if it’s not made right and packaged right cause that’s what I’m paying for.

Worst experience ever!!! Just do not order delivery from here. All lies!!! They said the order was complete and it hadn’t even left the store. The manager hung up on me… The original time said it would be 30 to 40 min. 2 hours later still nothing after they marked it complete. Just don’t order here! Very bad everything.

I really didn’t want to have to make this post, but as a former Domino’s employee and delivery driver that was once proud of working for this brand, I felt that I needed to speak up. I have been frequenting this particular Domino’s for over a year now and have been ordering takeout from here once or twice a week (or more) for myself and my friends. For fast food pizza and sandwiches, you really can’t do much better for the price. That said, lately the customer service at this location has been horrific..

Terrible! Ordered a few pizzas and after waiting 2 hours (location is 0.7 miles from me), called them and they said they don’t know what happened with their driver, but if I want the pizzas, I’d have to go pick them up. The worst pizza delivery experience I’ve ever had.

I called into Domino’s and paid for my delivery order. One hour later, the tracker app said the driver was on the way. The store was less than a mile from me. I watched the tracker as the driver went all around me but never stopped at my location. After 2 inquiring calls to Domino’s, and 2 hours since my pizza supposedly left the store, I was told, again, to give the driver just a few more minutes. “She’s on her way”, he said. I suggested to the “manager” that my pizza was going to be cold so he asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I said I wanted my pizza!! He promptly hung up on me. Over the next hour, I got hung up on three more times by the “manager”, “Scott Smith”.
