I live 5 minutes from this location. Twice I have ordered for delivery and have waited over an hour for my pizza to even be put in the oven (per the tracker). The first time this happened I called and I was given a coupon for a free pizza. Well it expired before I could even use it which was less than a month ago. This time my pizza is late again and I have been placed on hold for over 10 minutes both times I tried to call and no one ever answered. This will be the late time I order from this location!!

Do NOT order from this location. I ordered online at 630 and it said my delivery should be made in 33 minutes. After 55 minutes and watching the status sit in “prep” still, I called to make sure the order went through. I was RUDELY told that there are 5 orders ahead of mine and it would be AT LEAST 45 more minutes. At 8pm, the status is still sitting at “prep” so I just called to cancel. I was told the refund would take 3 to 5 days so I hope that’s true. No apology was made, nothing. I should have read the list of one star reviews before ordering. How is this store even still in business? Never again.

Second time visiting this location. The first time was great. But this time we were extremely disappointed. The pizza was over sauced and under cooked to the point where we could taste the dough not cooked and the bread bowl was the same. We also ordered loaded tots and there was barely anything on them. Very disappointing and did not enjoy the food at all. Even after putting it in the oven at home it was still a bad experience.

Ordered a Pizza for delivery at 10:09pm on 03/30/2023, store closes at 12. I called at 11:20 because the tracker said it was still being prepared. The guy that answered the phone asked for my order number then told me to hold on. Someone else picked up the phone and told me they only have one driver and they have a bunch of orders. It would be another 45 mins (closing time) before my order was started. He then asked me if I wanted a refund. I told him no, then TRIED to tell him I would just pick it up. Every time I tried to talk he continued to interrupt me asking if I wanted a refund because they were really busy. Again I tried to tell him I would watch the tracker and pick it up. Again and again I was interrupted. I finally got my answer out and he hung up. I tried to call back to cancel the order and they didn’t pick up the phone so I could get a refund. When they finally answered again at 11:48pm, they said “Thank you for calling Domino’s we are closed.” I told them I have an order in. He said “We are canceling all orders.” I said OK then I can expect a refund, he said “mmhmm”

Some one I know ordered delivery, after an hour was told they are short staffed and cant deliver. Okay, so I was sent to pickup the pizza. When I arrived the 6 or so people in the building were clearly upset to have to deal with a customer. I was told I have to now pay for the food again and was charged twice. Cashiers/managers dont care. Theyd be happier to not have any more business. Just rude and I dont know what I expected. It should be so much easier to get some pizza

Good pizza. Cooked perfectly. Ordered with extra cheese, don’t think there was extra. Also, this goes for all pizza places…does anyone know how to cut a pizza all the way through?! Like how do you mess THAT up?! It’s annoying to go for your slice and you end up ripping your pizza apart.
