We usually order online and get the Imperial location that is always phenomenal, but for some reason it would only let us select this location and prompted us to the Richardson Road location. Placed the usual order, asked for a little extra cheese on the Wisconsin six cheese pizza, looks like they dumped a bunch of cheese on there and it stuck to the box when opening (looks like box was smashed) and it tasted just like a regular cheese pizza and not a Wisconsin 6 cheese. The smaller pizza we got was the same way, just a gooie mess. Will not longer order from this location and will have to manually call the other location since the online website wouldn’t let me select them. $60 down the drain, can’t even eat this mess

Took 3 hours to deliver cold burnt pizza with barely any toppings. My bread bites had absolutely no parmesean. I called the store after an hour and a half wondering were my order was and they said 20 minutes. Another hour and a half it finally showed up. I got online and only got 20%off my next order, and have to use it within 30 days

Don’t go here. Horrible service. Several items were burnt. The manager said that it would take 1-1/2 HRS to remake and get it to us or we could come and get it with out any compensation. The manager was extremely rude. Absolutely horrible place. If I could I would give no stars or even negative stars. You have been warned.

I ordered online, and the ordered was started at 10:14 pm. An hour later it is still not here. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone. It says it has been out for deliver for 20 minutes now, but I live 4 minutes from the store. It said Carryout was unavailable, so I wasn’t able to even select that option to avoid this.

I red a lot of bad reviews for delivery taking so long. If you want it faster pick it up yourself! It’s not Dominos fault that people don’t want to work! I ordered on the app and it was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. Keep up the good work!

3.5 stars on average for this store checks out. Pizza was an hour late and was setup with a note to just drop at the door. Instead they continued to knock which drove my dog crazy and woke up my child. I guess it’s like fast food. Go in with very low expectations and maybe you’ll be impressed.

Went to pick up pizza for family. Was going to pay with a 100 dollar bill. And they said we do not expect 100 dollar bills. It says on our web site, they said and nowhere it says you can not pay with a 100. When my total was 60 dollars. Terrible employees and management. So I had to got break my 100 and comeback to get my cold pizza.

I ordered a pizza for myself and my three children. At 6:36 pm. It’s currently 8:26- no pizza, the website says we could still wait up to 45 min. This a photo of the place on the hotel room table where my pizza should be- in the hotel room- we’re I am trapped with three hungry children. Order canceled- I called at it wasn’t even started yet
