No matter how many times I order there is something wrong. There isn’t a food place in town that can make their food or fulfill orders. Please pay your employees better and spend more time training them. Last time I ordered two sandwiches and they mixed the toppings from both to make entirely new sandwiches. This time our pizza are cut so shallow we had to go back over it with a knife, and the sandwich I ordered didn’t come with the sauce it’s supposed to, wasn’t cut in half, and the fillings were splattered out of the sandwich and I had to eat it with a fork and knife. Feels like someone is actively trying to get fired to collect benefits and I respect it, but pay your employees better so they’ll work to keep their job.

Quality has started to significantly go down in the past 2 years but the prices continue to go up. I couldn’t even finish my last cheese bread I bought because the cheese tasted so so bad. Sometimes I buy pizzas and the crust is wet and doughy. I used to order pizzas from here all the time but nowadays it’s too much of a risk bc the food often is poor quality. They are always running around like madmen and they can’t keep up with how many orders are coming in. Nowadays Little Caesar’s will get you better quality pizza for half the price.

this place can never seem to get my order right, i’ve called back at least 5 times because they put chicken in my pasta when i’m a vegetarian and always order it without. they made me drive up to the store once to prove that they actually put chicken in it and i wasn’t lying. i told them i was never gonna order from them again. but sadly they’re the only place that does cash delivery around here and i was hungry so i ended up caving again lol. just to be disappointed once again. i tried calling but they always just put me on hold for minutes and never answer. i definitely would not recommend this dominoes and don’t plant on giving them anymore of my business.

This is one of the best domino’s when it comes to customer service I unfortunately was not satisfied with my pizza quality and the manager Andrew went out of his way to make me a new free of charge it was definitely the best pizza I’ve had in Southern Illinois in the year I have been here he definitely went above and beyond

My local Domino’s always delivers quickly and my order is usually correct. Only 1 error in 3 years and they fixed it right away. I love the two for $5.99 deal. It makes it easier when the grandkids are here.
