The last two times we’ve eaten here it has been so gross. The pizza is cold and soggy. Waste of money because we ended up going to get food elsewhere after paying for this pizza and not even eating it.

Ordered online, because calling in sends you straight to a call center overseas, and that’s a complete poopshoot. Just trying to get to talk to someone local takes 20 minutes. But I tried again tonight and ordered online, for carryout, placed my order at 6:27 pm. Timer said i could pickup between 7:47 and 7:57. I showed up at 7:47, and was told my order just went in the oven, and it’d be another ten minutes. We waited patiently and listened while three other folks came through, and cancelled their orders because they had been waiting for close to 2 hrs. So after about 20 minutes of waiting in the “lobby”, i went to the counter. Stood there another 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. Thankfully a delivery driver I know personally saw me waiting, and told me my order was 10th in line to get made. At that point I just asked for a refund, which was quickly made. I understand staffing issues, but dang. I can’t say I’ll bother with this again. I could’ve made pizza from scratch at home in less time. Guess it’s ramen for dinner tonight.

Store has gone down hill!! I made an online order, showed up around the time it said it be done. They tell me another 10-15 minutes. So 30 minutes later go back through the window. They tell me it’s still not done. By now it’s over an hour since I ordered and 30 minutes from my estimated time. This is NOT the first time this has happened. This time I just cancelled the order and went some where else. I have kids waiting to eat!!

We used to love our Dominos, but the last year, it has just gone downhill. The wait times are outrageous. My latest experience they had messed my pizza up and was remaking it. No problem, so I pulled in a parking spot they told me 3-4 mins, and they’ll run it out. I waited 12ish mins before I pulled back up to the window they had forgotten about me. My pizza was not cooked properly or even cut all the way. My brookie was also not cooked properly. This is just from a recent experience. This doesn’t include all the other terrible services we have received. We order pretty frequently from this location. Hopefully, they can get more workers in, and it’ll start to get better.

As per usual hot and fresh pizza on a Saturday night. Was it ready by the time the timer said on the website, of course not because again it’s Saturday night and there was a ton of drive thru pick up presence on orders made. I saw 12 orders on the screen when I got there and another 10 new ones when I left. They were super friendly and they can only work as fast as the ovens. Again people don’t realize that the timer they give you online for estimated pick up is is done by corporate and not by the specific restaurant so please bear with them on busy nights and don’t dig into them in anger as it’s not their fault. They were gracious and kind and even offered me a free drink which I did not need. I will always pick this pizza over the rest of the pizza places in town because they do an amazing job.
