Good deals. Great prices. Delicious food. Good customer service! We placed an order for pick up on our way back into town, they said it would be ready in about 25-30 minutes, we were about 15-20 minutes out of town. When we pulled up at the drive thru to pay for it, they at first couldn’t even find the receipt showing where the order had been placed, when they found it they said it hadn’t even been started yet. They had us pay for it and made it into a delivery for free.

I had pizza delivered from this domino’s. I ordered a Memphis barbecue chicken pizza pizza and and a 2L of root beer. I received everything, the ordered was brought in a reasonable amount of time and the delivery driver was friendly.

After looking at reviews, looks like I’m not the only one whose delivery orders have taken over an hour. This is the 3rd time in a row this has taken this long. What a joke, done with these clowns. No idea how they have stayed open and why they built a new location …nothing improved, clearly. Ended up driving to the store to cancel my order bc no one answered the phone. They told me delivery was 2 and a half hours…PLEASE don’t waste your time. Just close this location. Pizza Hut closed bc of this same trash service, dominos is next.

The service in the store was incredibly poor. When I walked in there was another customer waiting and she told me “good luck, they’ve been ignoring me for 10 minutes even though the screen says my order is ready and I’ve asked about it twice”. I had the same experience. There were at least 4 employees near the register and I’ve never felt so invisible in my life. They weren’t even that busy in fact at times I could hear them just making chit chat with each other. They obviously couldn’t care less about providing decent service. I completely understand if a restaurant is busy or having problems which causes service to be slow. What I don’t understand or accept is when the employees completely ignore customers. I finally had to flag someone down and ask him about my order which was sitting there ready and PAID FOR. There was another customer who was obviously upset and appeared to be requesting a refund. I also understand that the labor market is very difficult right now but seems like businesses have to find a way to hold employees responsible for doing their jobs or people will eventually just stop going there. Thank you

Literally the worst service. Not impressed at all. I don’t know why I order from here, because it ends up being a headache. Picture attached was supposed to be a deluxe. It is the worst looking pizza I’ve ever seen missing almost all ingredients. It’s also sad when they mess up what you paid for, and then won’t answer the phone.
