It’s a real shame that so many local businesses have a labor shortage. I’ve noticed it everywhere. This store is no exception. However the customer service here is always excellent. The manager and driver we have spoken with on a few occasions are empathetic and apologetic when an order takes longer than expected. It seems like just a few employees are working really hard here to keep this place running. Our pizza is almost always excellent quality and at the worst good quality. If we want local businesses to stay open we need to cut them some slack.

We ordered pizza at 11:20pm. We got a notice at 12:20pm that it was delivered. At 12:40pm it still wasn’t here. I called the store once, and the lady said it would be sent out within 5 minutes. I called back at 12:45pm, a guy said our item was just going in the oven, and they wouldn’t get here until 1:30am. The guy offered us a free item. I canceled the order. When I started to ask about getting a refund, the guy hung up on me. So no food here, but I got an autogenerated email that the refund would occur in 2-5 business days.

I ordered online and it was slow to update with the tracker. I ordered at 6:14pm the food arrived at 8:04pm. The order said complete before the pizza arrived. When I called the store he said it should he there within 10-15 minutes. It was super frustrating because I thought it was delivered to the wrong address. The food was still hot and everything was there. That is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. They should have called because I could have had someone pick it up. Waiting 2 hours for pizza is unacceptable. I will not be ordering this again anytime soon.

So I placed an order 4-28-23 at 9:45 pm, and didn’t get it until 11:05 pm, that by itself is a 1 star BUT … There was only 1 person in the store, trying to close, fill orders and recooking orders, because he wanted excellent quality to leave the store, and only 1 driver, not allowed to carry more then 5 orders, both busting their hiney, and that changes a lot. When I called, the store person was sincerely apologizing, but in all fairness, that needs to be taken in consideration. Life happens and seldom as planned.

What an absolute joke. Having to wait 3 hours only for the driver to be high as a kite handing me an ICE COLD PIZZA. NOT EATING THIS S…! Kendell is the manager I spoke to 2 hours ago assuring me the pizza just came out of the oven!

I ordered a pizza online and got there to pick it up at the drive thru window about 25 min later. After arriving I watched the workers inside pretend to ignore me for about 10 minutes before somebody came to the window. I gave her my name and order then she goes to another employee. She returned to the window and informed me that my order was still in the ‘to make pile’ and would be at least another hour before they got to it. I told her to keep it and drove off. When I turned my phone back on I find an email informing me my order had been canceled. The email was sent approximately 15 minutes after I ordered it. If I could give that place 0 stars I definitely would.
