I made a complaint about this location charging me more than $2 for extra mushrooms when there wasn’t so much as an essence of mushroom on that pizza. I was given a case number, but that was it- I’ve received no other communication. This isn’t the first time this location has charged extra for things they don’t give you, and they must be struggling pretty bad if they have to skimp customers on what they’ve paid for. They are making a conscious decision to eliminate items from a recipe without notice or refund. There is a complete absence of integrity at this location, so just don’t.

More than once I have showed up to pick up my order after waiting at least 30 minutes and they haven’t even started it. If you want to leave hungry, aggravated, and have your time wasted give this location a try.

Have had other quality issues in the past but gave them another chance because of convenience….pizza was slightly overcooked but the garlic knots were so greasy that it went through the box and messed up my shirt. Definitely not going back now.

The pizza was pretty good …I have eaten better Domino’s Pizza at different restaurants. I tried the Tator Tots…I SHOULD say BURNT CHEESE Tator tos with barely any thing else on it. They were VERY DRY with no PIZZA flavor our any flavor for that matter!! Will never eat those again and I will advise that to who ever is THINKING of ordering them.I should of took a picture and turned around to take the tots back for a refund.They where that BAD!!

TWICE we have placed an order that had to ultimately be cancelled. The first time we waited 2.5 hours before calling to find out it would still be another hour before it was ready. The second time we waited 2 hours before calling to find out they hadn’t even started our order. Don’t waste your time.

Excellent customer service very friendly if you’re coming through Illinois I would highly recommend it it’s right off the highway next to the pilot gas station so versus having a gas station pizza you could have an excellent pizza it is very delicious I normally do not come on commercialized fast food change but on this occasion I have to say they are completely wonderful excellent pizzas

This store has been reliable and we’ve rarely had any problems. When our order came later than expected, they sent a coupon for a free pizza or a %age off our next order.
