My pizza was dried out and overcooked. When you think of pizza you think of the stringy mozzarella cheese when you pick up a piece, well there was none of that for my pizza. It did not look like they used any pizza sauce at all and as little cheese as possible. I mean look at this pizza and tell me does it look like you want to eat it and this was as soon as I got home it looks like it was made two days ago.

This location is pretty solid until around 4:30 p.m. My partner and I work second shift and against our better judgement, we decided to order from here. We have moderate food allergies so typically when we order we request specific things to be excluded however, this location consistently fails to follow directions when we ask. Night shift needs serious retraining or something.

3 girls an a boy working, the girls are standing there not answering the phone. An my pizza isn’t even cooked all the way a doesn’t even have seasoning on it. 7:30pm Wednesday April 19th. Ordered pizza two different times from this place and took 2-1/2 hours both times. The first time it happened I figured due to short staff. After the food was finally delivered got food poisoning from it. The second time it took this long is as I’m typing this review.

They’re not running a business, they’re running a circus. They claimed to deliver my order online but when I step outside nothing is there. The manager talked over me when I called to report the incident and refused to listen anything I had to say Cortez should not be a manager. This location needs to go out of business. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The quality of food sucks as expected by this point.

Food is generally good- but the inaccurate delivery times provided when placing online orders have become infuriating!!! App shows 35 minutes, email confirmation says 35-45 minutes, ok…. well over an hour later, no food & sitting on hold for 20 minutes to speak to the local store.

They’ve gotten better in recent months. The interface with the app is non-existent, however. I had a free pizza on the app. The store had no way of verifying this… and calling the store now, seems to be routed through a call center in the Phillipines… and speaking to a PIZZA EXPERT, who may have actually never had pizza. I wanted to get my free pizza, but when I added anything to my order, the pizza became “not free”… and after talking to the Philippines pizza expert, who incidentally knew nothing about pizza or my order issue, and the manager, who was iritated with the the app and myself, and trying myself a few more times, I just gave up and ordered the free pizza… then tried to add to my first order with a second order in quick succession, I simply gave up all chances of giving them any money. I don’t think this was the intent of the app… but it was unavoidable… and uncorrectable…
