Staying in town for 4 nights. Walked across the street from our hotel to order pizza. The young lady at the window was super sweet and ensured that she punched in what I thought I wanted. Went back in 25 minutes to pick up our order and was told that they were sorry but power went out and they would be happy to refund us. I said ok. Gave my name and returned to the hotel. After a few minutes. We went back and asked if they would still make our order and just call when done. They were reluctant because they were so busy. But said to come back in 15…so we did. They apologized again and handed us our pizza and went right back to work. These people were working hard and trying to accommodate unhappy customers. All while getting yelled at. They did an amazing job and now we are full and happy in our hotel watching the rain. Thank you to night crew in 6/30. You did great!!!

First round brownies were raw and half of the pizza was upside down. Called and the manager said if we wanted it remade they needed the old food back and I told him I wasn’t eating raw food. Reworked order arrived after 30 minutes. Brownies were fine but the pizza was not cut all of the way and had puddles of sauce (we ordered light sauce). Definitely will not be ordering from here again because if the manager cannot get the order correct, how can you the workers to get it right?

The pepperoni pizza showed up without pepperoni. The cheese dip provided maybe 1/4 cup of cheese (if that) and the box was completed soaked through. The two deliveries prior to this one, we ended up with free pizzas because there were major issues each time. Sadly, we won’t be ordering again.

The worst Pizza and Customer Service EVER. The manager Monte is so unprofessional and nonchalant when it comes to appeasing customers it’s a wonder this store is still open and servicing guests. Bc of health/religious reasons I am unable to consume beef or pork. I called to explain this to the manager Monte and he insisted that he would “get in trouble” for adding any other ingredient to a pizza than the customer rang. Lie. I’ve literally seen employees adding ingredients to the actual pizzas and using their discretion when deciding what and how to fix a pizza, to be lied to about something so asinine is very insulting to me and my patronage. I work from home and used to order from this location quite often. Reason why I was ordering a free pizza, bc I have so many points. But After this experience-I refuse to spend another dollar at this establishment. And I will make sure to detour anyone else from buying from this location ever again.

Had a late night munchie attack and decided to get Dominos. Usually don’t have issues with this store, but tonight my pizza was awful! I asked for extra cheese and but seems as though I got extra sauce instead! Hardly any pepperoni on it, so this Brooklyn Style missed the mark!

I live relatively close to this area and I’ve ordered from this location many many many times over the years, the pizzas are always good, but EVERYTIME I order from this location I NEVER get the dipping sauce I ordered. literally EVER. I’ve lost probably $40+ dollars all together. I’ve complained MULTIPLE TIMES about it, and it still continues. I know its just sause but thats my hard earned money they are just keeping. Its ridiculous.

My experience with Domino’s Pizza was so bad I couldn’t even wrap my head around what had transpired. I placed my order online for 2 medium pan pizzas with extra cheese & misc toppings. When I got home and opened the first pizza box I was aggravated to find half of the pizza had very little cheese to no cheese on it again. This is the third or fourth time this has happened over the past couple months. I called Domino’s and spoke with the shift manager. For the purposes of this review I’ll call him John. I proceeded to tell John that my pizza should have extra cheese. None of the pizza had “extra cheese” and half of it either had a few shreds or none at all. John basically called me a liar and stated that the pizza cheese is weighed out so he knows it had extra cheese but he would give me a credit for another day but he was too backed up to remake my pizza. I was so furious with the conversation I had just had I drove back to Domino’s and put the pizza on the counter. You can clearly see half the pizza is dough and John tried to convince me that what I was seeing was wrong. Once again he refused to make me a different pizza to correct their mistake and offered me a credit for another time. I didn’t want a credit. I wanted my pizza the way I ordered it. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a company’s employee. This is exactly what happens when you have a young teen representing the face of your company. I was a weekly customer for this store but I can promise you that I won’t go back.
