I cannot for the life of me understand how any business model would involve screwing up an order and, after the delivery is made and the driver is gone, sending an email that says, “That delivery was not what we hoped it would be. We let you down. Let us make it up to you with a great deal.” I don’t want a coupon for a future meal. I wanted what I ordered for this meal. Like veggies on my sandwich and a dessert that’s cooked like it’s supposed to be. I don’t want to pay an extra delivery fee for a freebie I have to order in app for delivery, because I didn’t get what I ordered with the first fee. To be clear, I ordered a cooked cookie brownie. I did not order a raw one.

Update- They did reach out to try and make it right. Picked up the replacement order tonight…Pizza is better its not burnt but still not as good as I’ve had at other dominos. The cheese bread still had all cheese burnt to crisp out of it granted the bread wasn’t burnt this time so it was a little better. Over all maybe 2 star this time. Appreciate them reaching out to make it better.

Waited an hour for our pizza , then we were called and told it would be an additional 3 hours. Another time an order was placed and we waited an additional hour for pick up. And another time an order was placed and food literally never came (had to call after 4 hours).

I have placed two on line orders in the last few weeks. One delivered to my mom and one to me. I had no problem with ordering on line, was able to track my order thru texts, and food was great. Hopefully problems listed in other reviews have been worked out. I definitely would recommend trying an order!

I saw this Domino’s only had a 2 1/2 star, but I tried it anyway. Pizza was done in 15 minutes, when they said 20 minutes. Pizza was cold, overcooked and just plain gross. How can it be cold & overcooked in 15 minutes? Hhhhmmmmm? I like Dominos, but stay away from this particular location.

Great dominos! I accidentally ordered shortly before they close for the night (my fault). I received a phone call not too long after I placed my order letting me know that they unfortunately would not be able to complete my order as the drivers had too many other stops to make. The employee on the phone was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. When I offered to come and pick it up carry out, he very graciously still made my pizza even though they were just about closed. I didn’t catch the name of the young man who was working but I wish I did because he was awesome!! Thanks again!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My pizza was delivered burnt. When I called I spoke with Crystal and told her the situation. She quickly responded and said she didnt know what to do. She then said she was the “manager” but no solution. This is unacceptable. What am I supposed to do with burnt pizza?
