Terrible service. I understand they are busy but they should know how to prioritize. I just ordered brownie and he made me wait 30+ min before others whose waiting for pizzas. You don’t need to prepare the brownie you just need to put it in the oven unlike pizza. Not coming back at this location.

I went into this location to place a large order for our annual church picnic (it’s .5 miles from our church), was told that they couldn’t do it even though I went in days ahead of time. Asked for the manager or owner to call me and no one ever returned my call. Ended up giving the business to Dominos in Maryville. While not convenient the manager and workers were amazing and helpful.

I have tried this place twice now and both times I have been let down. The first time I went in April of 2023 there were three young men standing out back smoking weed. When I received my pizza it was burnt and so where my garlic knots. I let it go because my husband and children were hungry and tired. This time I tried multiple times to order online. I should have took this as a warning. I called in and the first person could not understand English, the second young women was rude and short, and the third young man was very abrupt and dismissive. This place is the same as the food they serve crab on a stick.

The actual general manager hung up on me when I called to ask about my pizza. When I came into the store and confronted him about how he treated me, he blocked my exit and got in my face tell me “I make 90k a year” “do something about it”. I have never been more disgusted with a company for allowing someone like that to be general manager. When I called to ask about him, the associate manager informed me that I could do nothing about this situation because he is the GM. Zero accountability and I will never be eating at a Dominos again.

Didn’t even get to enjoy the food. Told me the drivers was pulling up through text. Driver never texted or knocked on the door to tell me they’ve arrived left my food OUTSIDEEEEE on the ground. Opened my door to see a animal running away from my food. Called them about it claimed there was nothing they could do but a lousy $10 COMP. very pathetic showed no signs of customer service. Dont order from this dominos anywhere within 2 hours to close because they are to lazy to make your order. I placed a order 45 minutes till close and it was cancelled for no reason. No call, no explanation, nothing. Now as someone who has worked for this company and this exact stoee I understand the grueling hours but do not work at a late night industry if you will not do your job that you signed up for. There are plenty of jobs in this college town dont waste people’s time and money if you arent going to take their business.
