Excellent customer service! The gentleman working on a Sunday didn’t have a delivery driver so my order got cancelled. They called to let me know and I replaced my order for pickup. When I got there they were committed to making things right for the hassle. I think most of us can relate to being understaffed and they were handling it like champs! Grateful for kind people in our community.

I picked up a pizza at the Kirby location. When I opened the box at home there was no visible cheese or sauce and it was burnt. I wish I had opened the box at the store. I would have walked out and left it. We haven’t had a Domino’s pizza in years because there are so many good pizza places in town. We won’t be going back.

Ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery from Kirby location in Champaign. Received half burned, dried out pizza, which was really not edible. I had thin crust pizza many times, but this was totally different. Very disappointed. I don’t understand how someone thought it was acceptable to send pizza like that for delivery. With their delivery fee and a tip, paid $21 for one large inedible pizza.

First time ordering pick up from the Kirby ave Champaign location. No business with any pride in their work would have let us leave with this food. Our pizza had huge burnt bubbles of crust all over. My garlic parm wings had at least half a bottle of thick dressing just dumped on top of them. SO gross! Will not be ordering from this location again.

Requested curbside delivery and waited over 5 minutes watching 4 employees appear to be working, so I figured they were behind schedule. Got the text about free pizza because they went beyond the 2 min tracker. Finally my son went in and out order was just sitting there. I had tipped over $5 for the curbside delivery and wish I hadn’t. Pizza and tots were overcooked, brownies were undercooked. Never again from this location. Not even for free pizza.

Ordered a chicken and cheese pizza and it had a piece of bacon on it and my bf is allergic to pork. The quality of the pizza was just bad period. Also the workers did not wear gloves when preparing food.

Around the time the Covid outbreak occurred, special order instructions are ignored or forgotten to an almost 100% rate. I would estimate I’ve had 15-20 remakes since 2020. I order thin crust, request it is pie cut, but it is always square cut, the employee to ring me up notices this and informs me they are remaking it. I often just take the first pizza to not waste my time, but today was the first time they had to remake it twice, I just took the second pizza, as sitting around waiting gets old when it should be done right the first time. Hearing an apology for the same issue over and over with no improvement shows the lack effort from this store. This store has had more than a fair shot at improving. I wont be returning.
