Give me a break…I ordered a large pizza with ham and pineapple…I got my pizza but it only had 2 and some 1 pieces of ham and ONLY 1 single piece of pineapple on the slices..You have got to be kidding me… Corporate must be telling the stores to skimp on toppings…No one would make a pizza like this…One piece of pineapple on a slice…Give me a friggin break….

Sadly, the passed several months this place has went downhill super fast. Was my #1 food for a long while. Now it’s very inconsistent. Most of the time bad, or made wrong not cut or your order cancled for no reason. No one will contact you back when you attempt. Just go to another place. Save yourself the headache.

So what happened is that I ordered a pizza and specified that no black olives but it came with olives. I tried calling that day and nobody picked so I tried the next day nobody picks. The third day this dude checks and says oh yhh I saw the order I’m sorry I’m gonna offer you a coupon so next time you order use this number to call in order to redeem. I did the next day and this other lady said oh i don’t see anything here because it’s been a couple of days I can’t do anything for you. You guys gave me black olives when I specifically said no olives! But then you can’t offer me a refund when I’m allergic to black olives and couldn’t eat the pizza I spent close to $18 on? Bad service and the fact that the first guy lied! What was that about?

This was the worst experience I ever had with the franchise. Yes it was raining on this date, but I waited in drive-thru for about 20 minutes after my scheduled, then I was asked to move out of drive-thru because my pizza was just being put into the oven. Then waited 20 more minutes. I was told that “we have been busy tonight”. But the store was full of employees.

I ordered the so called loaded tots Philly steak . I say over 50 percent of the tots had nothing on them. Maybe 20 percent had green peppers and 15 percent had onions and 10 percent at most had a small if not burnt piece of steak and 25 percent at most had cheese.
