With all of the common “bad days” you will have at chain restaurants, I have never had one here. Delivery is always fast and I love several different menu items. If you haven’t tried the Spinach and feta specialty pizza, you need to. Great white sauce. Pineapple jalapeño chicken bites are great too.

I don’t know if they’re still doing it but they put a kitchen appreciation tip on your order, without your permission it’s their job to pay their own workers if you can’t afford it do-it-yourself and their food is real pricey..

Food is great as always why I rate it as 1* only? Here is the reason – right on their property there is a broken 6″ PVC clean out with extremely sharp edges my son fell into and instead of dinner with pizza we ended up in ER and 6 stiches. Swimming he loves, is over for him this beautiful summer. Anyway what disappoints me the most, is that no Domino’s after I emailed them complaint with pictures troubled themselves to contact me nor location itself fixed this issue – I visited them 2 days after – pipe was still there! It takes a hammer and 30sec to knock sharp PVC down and cap it off! I was informed that landlord needs to fix it, I hope nobody will get hurt in there and this dangerous trap will disappear shortly. Be careful going to Domino’s at Ogden and 1st location !!!!!!!!!btw that was the most stressful & most expensive 2mediums I’ve ever had so far $380- thank you Domino’s

This used to be my favorite place to regularly order from until recently. They consistently forget items or get our orders wrong on something, and, in retaliation, we didn’t tip once or twice, and both times the driver contacted us after asking if we wanted to leave a tip! And both times it was on days where the order was wrong. Whoever is running the kitchen there needs to improve, I don’t want to short change drivers, but I also want to get what I ordered.

I’m so disappointed with this location.It’s a coin toss with this place. Wrong order, an item ordered missing, too much cheese, undercooked pizza and parmasan balls.Really? When our order is done correctly we are very satisfied and look forward to that same experience, but when it’s wrong it’s so wrong.It’s not our first,second, or even the third time complaining , this is the fourth. We are not nitpicking, nor are we snobs, just ordinary people who want a good experience, good food and a good price.This place needs to get their act together. I called to complain and the manager offered my money back or a free pizza. I wanted both she said can’t do that, and I said FU.This is the end of our relationship with Domino’s pizza of Lyons.
