Orders here are consistently wrong. Things are forgotten or put in incorrectly if you order in person. I’ve been charged twice for things that they have forgotten, causing me to pay almost double for the same order. They charged extra for things like sauce and then just don’t give you them.

Called me a liar when I didn’t get my pizza. They told me they called my phone multiple times, and I had the wrong number and made any other excuses. Personal note to Chris: keep that attitude, and you’re gonna work in fast food forever. Never got my pizza, I had to call the customer services to get a refund

Order came 2 hours after being ordered. When I called 1 hour and a half in they didn’t answer until 5 tries later. When they finally did answer the woman asks if I had an online order. I say yes. Then she says “looks like they’re just about to put it in the oven.” When it finally get here (I live 7 minutes away) it’s cold. Also my lava cakes were smashed in the box. Definitely a nightmare.

I’ve ordered here for lunch alot i tip drivers well, but honestly i feel joel has no clue what he is doing. Ive complained before and gotten the run around claiming ill get a refend (never got) and ill get a call from the manager which I knew I wouldnt get and never did. today i took another chance and under cooked pizza. its not even worth it to complain cuz nothing will happen. 0 stars if i could for the management but the drivers 5 stars!
