Just picked up 2 pizzas. The one with thin and crispy crust, the toppings were not cut well. Pieces of spinach that covered half a piece of pizza. Pieces of onion bigger than a quarter. Two of the pieces I ate didn’t even have cheese on half of them. Unlike the last time, the only part of the crust that was crispy was the edge. Looks at the name people! Thin and crispy, not thin and crispy edges. It’s a shame. I was really looking forward to it. I won’t make that mistake again.

I ordered a pizza this evening at 8:52, it is now 10:54 an entire 2 hours since placing my order. When calling to inquire about my order all I received were excused. Like don’t take my money if you can’t fulfill the obligation in a timely manner. Very disappointing

I placed an order for delivery late yesterday evening through the app that I never received. It was supposedly delivered by Shelly. I called the store & spoke with a Shelly afterwards and she claimed she delivered my order to a “big white house” with two cars in the driveway. I advised her that we never received the order and that my house is brown with only one car in the driveway. She said she’ll redo my order & deliver it again. After waiting another hour I called the store back and got Shelly again. After I said I’m calling again regarding an order I never received from my call an hour ago, I was then immediately placed on hold, and then the call was later dropped after waiting a couple mins. After a couple of attempts to call right back the store stopped answering the phone until they later closed about 10 mins later. It’s bad enough that the order was mishandled, but the terrible service afterwards makes everything 100x’s worse.

Came in this past Saturday at 11am. The girl working there seemed bothered we came in, she was on her phone most of the time. Horrible customer service! Teach your management and employees customer service. I would have walked out, but my son really wanted the cheesy breadsticks.
