When we do delivery from Dominos we order from here. They always get here on time always cooked to perfection. The manager Alan is completely rude. Pizza came burnt and Dry- called up there to find a resolution and the response I got was “well why did you eat it” (my pregnant daughter had 1 slice bc she was super hungry) instead of offering a solution. Apparently I was out of the pizza guarantee rule – and it’s all or nothing. There is no etiquette in this store

One of the worst pizza’s I had ordered from. I had ordered 2 $5.99 pizza’s for Catholic Charities Guests. I had called twice, and said to Lupe disregard the order because 1, they said they don’t deliver the $7.99 special pizza, and 2 because they said they didn’t have Italian sausage slices as toppings. So I called again to finally order something, and so I did. I ordered 2 $5.99 special pizza’s for delivery with two toppings.

If u want to order pizza for pick up the restaurant closes at 11 pm but they deliver at later times. I put my order at 10 50 pm and the manager called me to tell me this information but she handled it and took care of my order even though they where about to close. I was really happy that she made my pizza was well done and it was done quickly will definitely be going back.

I called and ordered a large chicken Buffalo pizza and the lady on the phone was flat out rude and kept saying “huh” so I get my food and I’m ready to eat because you know I’m starving and I open the box and it’s burnt… I also ordered Buffalo wings and to my surprise there was barley any Buffalo sauce on them.. thanks that’s just what I wanted terrible service and a burnt pizza that I paid for. You think they’d have standards when making people’s orders. I’m sure they wouldn’t want a burnt pizza when they are paying for it. Super disappointed that management obviously doesn’t care about how their employees are sending out food.
