The pizzas are great!! But when I went to pick my order up the manager was coming from a delivery and parked so close to my van that the tiniest of person wouldn’t of been able to fit. The girl that was driving hid in the back while I waited for someone to move the grey van but she didn’t come out until my daughter had hopped from the passenger seat to driver seat to pull up some. Of course while the pizzas got cold. So driver beware . My daughter saw the lady go into Domino’s that’s how we know who it was.

The delivery person Philip was rude. I have given all instructions on how to enter the building and reach my unit. He called and said I don’t know how to use intercom. I said I will guide you can you please try once. Then he started saying can someone come down. I requested to try once, then he was literally yelling can someone come down. This is the first time I have experienced such rude delivery person from dominos. So far I have seen only sweet delivery persons and I would always tip them extra. Finally I asked him to leave it a lobby but add a picture that you delivered for confirmation. He just ended the call left it at lobby without confirmation. When I went down to pick up, the order was not properly packed or in a good shape. He maintained a fighting and frustrated tone through out. This is extremely disappointing.

I’m a server so I work in the restaurant business and one thing I know for sure is that if the food doesn’t look good I DON’T serve it to my guests. I used to constantly order pizza from here every other week for about half a year but i don’t know if they have new employees because these past two times I’ve gotten delivered BURNT pizzas. Usually a little brown or easy crisp doesn’t bother me, I know we’re all human and make mistakes but TWO TIMES BURNT PIZZA? Literally BLACK EDGES, over and under it’s all BURNT. Definitely never going back again. The driver is always nice and I tip him 18% or 20% always, he’s not the one to blame for kitchen mistakes.

When I’m in the mood for good pizza, I go to Domino’s pizza! They had my pizza ready in about 10 minutes after I ordered. It wasn’t crowded, good service that had an interest in the customer’s likes. Got a hand tossed pepperoni large pizza for $9! I believe one of the ingredients in Domino’s pizza is garlic, so I have to make sure that after eating this pizza I am going nowhere important. The new hawaiian & meat lover’s pizza is delicious as well.

I ordered delivery to my hotel and when the employee arrived at my door he asked if he can get a tip I don’t think it’s professional to ask for a tip first of all I’m not obligated to hand out a tip so dominoes tell your delivery drivers to stop asking for tips appreciate it customers are not OBLIGATED TO GIVE TIPS

As I always say it all depends of who makes your food. Sometimes its really good and many time even after waiting for a long time you will get dissapointed. I feel luke many pizza places are the what they use to be. Love the live updates on the order when its moving but when there is a wait time for 30 minutes then its not fun . Overall there are still some good employees left. Hope everyone enjoy their jobs and companies take good care of them because it really shows in the service.
