a delivery worker was at a liquor store drinking on the job, got in my boyfriends face and TRIED to punched him through the window. he was lifting up his shirt trying to pretend he had a gun threatening us. we called and someone picked up the phoen handed it to the guy and they tracked us at our neighbors house. using delivery tracking to threaten someone is completely unacceptable. if you want your delivery driver drunk driving, come here! 🙂

Customer service is horrible I order my pizza with one side if pineapple and the other side of jalapeños with cheese when I received my pizza they gave it to me like this ….I called to see what the problem was and the guy literally Said that he didn’t care…what kind ppl says that i would rate this a 0!! I always order from Domino’s on urban park and Cicero never had a problem until today

Absolutely worse service. ! hour and 30 minutes for pizza and wings. order sat under warmers for over 45 minutes and in a delivery car for 30 minutes. Yuck

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I’ve never eaten meat before (religiously) and they put bacon on my pizza. Called the store and the man claiming he is the manager there said theres nothing he can do with barely giving an apology. Worst costumer service and he couldn’t find the big deal.

App doesn’t work to pay online, when you call them they are too busy to take your payment. They keep you on hold for 10 minutes to order a pizza. It’s next to impossible to make an order over the phone. Just order from Pizza Hut or Jet’s Pizza

If I could it would be no stars. Light skin heavy set guy didn’t do a thing he was asked. My pizza dough he made was gross looking. I’m pretty sure if he could redo it like he was asked they let alot of things slide. Never will go back. His gross attitude and pizza should be fired
