Even though I have had good service once or twice there. I usually leave there mad from their employees. The last time I went there. I ordered almost 50 dollars worth of food. The only bills I had on me was a 20 and a 100. They would not let me pay with the 100 and said it was for security reasons. I fail to see the security reason the lady there said it is posted on the window. I had to go to a gas station to buy something there to get change so I can pay for my food. On my second time coming in I looked for a sign that says that 100s are not accepted. I couldn’t see it anywhere. I paid for my food and then told her that it’s not posted on the window. She said yes it does. I thought if it did it would be on fine print that no one would ever see it just coming in to the store. So i didn’t argue with her I just left. If I get more service like this from them I’ll just stop going there altogether. I know 4 other restaurants that serve pizza.

We walked in because the app said our order was ready so we stood there waiting, and they rudely asked us to sit down and just wait. Horrible customer service. Absolutely rude and the one brunette girl gave me the ugliest look which should never ever happen to a customer ever. Our order said ready and it wasn’t. The one brunette girl pretty sure the manager on shift horrible customer service.

Walked in when the pizza timer on the app said finished. While no one else was there I could see my order and the gals said it wasn’t ready yet. As they proceeded to add nothing to the order, a couple of them said some snarky comments as we were standing there waiting for it. After about 10 minutes got our order that was just sitting on the shelf. And look at that when I got home they messed up 3 of the pizzas with extra toppings that were asked for off or weren’t even on the pizza.

Since my son is allergic to gluten I had to work out a situation with Domino’s to get gluten-free crust!! The one in Missoula was helping me before but now the manager in Polson is working with me now and her name is ‘Laquisha’. Her and the owner have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Ever since I’ve been buying my pizza there -she is always been absolutely GREAT (with her staff as well. It’s people like her that will always get my business and keep my business!! I will never buy my pizza anywhere else!!!!!

They added a tip to my online order. I never tip on pick up only delivery. I called and she said I signed for the tip in store. I signed nothing. My app, the internet and my physical recipt has no tip on it. Lady said “sorry nothing we can do”. Check your accounts people because it’s not on anything else besides my account. Corporate will be called tomorrow for fraud.

Normally love dominoes, but not this one. I ordered a sandwich without all the toppings and when I got there they hadn’t even looked at the order, just gave me the original sandwich.
