My Domino’s order tonight was awful. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza but I got a hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and beef. It didn’t taste good. The cinnamon breadsticks were overcooked. Money wasted. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had issues with this Domino’s and I won’t be ordering from them again.

I love this location and it is the best Domino’s in Billings MT!! The food is always delicious and delivered with care. I did receive the wrong pizza one time, but before I could even call to let them know, they had already apologized for the mistake and quickly remedied it. I’m a customer for life if they continue what they always have!!

I ordered two simple salads online paid online and just pulled up to the dominoes and took forever for them to even come to the window and say they didn’t have any salads. Oh so that was kind of annoying but it’s not really the employees fault that the website didn’t get my order in soon enough so I’d say my visit was medium nothing against the workers I know it’s not their fault but still kind of was irritating

I’ve been a Domino’s customer for years and years and this particular store is honestly the best of the bunch. Always friendly with their walk-ins and always prompt (not to mention hot) with their deliveries. Highly recommend this store if you’re going to eat any dominos pizza.

I’ve ordered from domino’s for years because they are the only ones who deliver by me and was very curious to when they started charging a delivery fee? I have always tipped my driver very well so I guess that will end now. He also could not explain to me when they started to charge . Hmm!

I’m staying in a hotel here in Billings. When I put the address in accidentally switched two digits. The address I put in was a business within walking distance of the Dominos. Well, instead of calling me they just trashed my order. When I called they had an attitude, then put a smart comment on my pizza box. Also, I didn’t get my ranch I paid for.

This is not our normal go to dominos but since we had been on this side of town we decided to get our pizza here this time. It was very clean, everyone was friendly & my 2 boys loved that they could watch their pizza being made. It also had a large chalk wall they drew pictures on while we waited.

Since it’s the only place that delivers without using Uber eats etc we like to order however it’s extremely annoying the phones are directly sent to an overseas call center where communication never works out! Change this back dominoes! I want to talk to the actual store I’m ordering from!
