The reason for my poor review is mainly abismal customer service. I could tell my pizza was old but my cheese bread was fresh, my kids still ate all of it so I’d say 3 stars for the food.

Didn’t ask a name for my order they put Queen Bob in as the order name. I find that very disrespectful. Generally very good have also gone past the quoted time. Was better tonight still took a long time to get my Pizza at least they got my name this time

If I could give zero stars I would.. took over 1 hour and a half, and showed up as I was cancelling my order. The delivery driver gave us our order for free, and came back over 5 minutes later to charge us for the pizzas… I called back and spoke with the most unprofessional and sarcastic manager I have ever encountered… The manager then proceeds to tell me that he would be making a note on my account not to deliver to my address.. The owner of this establishment needs to hold his employees accountable for how they are running this store into the ground.. I have delt with unprofessional people before but this takes the cake.

They were short staffed and running way behind. We decided to cancel because the young kiddos were starving. They accommodated us without any hassle. Then we decided we should just try and pick up the since the delivery driver was where they were short staffed. They let us change again. Thanks! was great!

Horrible. My food took well over an hour. When it arrived the food was cold. Our dip was burnt and stuck to the bottom. We called and whomever we talked to remade our entire meal and added free lava cakes and asked if we could give the food back (which I thought was against FDA rules).

Takes two hours to get our pizza everytime (we always do carry out) & the last time they couldn’t find our order. Didn’t add a tip to the receipt, but apparently they felt the need to after we left and it was signed (pizza was $32 and I was charged $37 by the time it processed.) ♀️

More times than not, the food arrives old, cold and tasteless. When you call the store, 95% of the time no one answers. This last time I ordered, I was told that my order was being put together and in the oven and that they were not busy. Almost 2 hours later, I was delivered pizza that was dry and the rest of the order was cold and hard as well.. called the store and was out and out lied to.. I tried to call and speak to the store manager.. he was never there.. I am done with Domino’s!

We got there after a day at the reef and we ordered a pepperoni and a cheese with a liter of Dr pepper. Our order took 23 more minutes longer than it predicted. We ate there and i don’t understand the fact that they sell drinks but don’t have cups? When our pizza said done on the screen, we went up to grab it and they said they have to find it. What do you mean you have to find it? Then about ten minutes later they bought our pizza to us. They brought us two burnt and cold cheese pizzas and forgot our drink. So we went and asked for it and the worker rolled his eyes at us and got the drink. Worst dominos I have ever been too.
