Bad experience; delivered to wrong place, then when called and told that my delivery wasn’t there I was treated rudely and actually hung up on despite the fact I wasn’t being hostile. They did offer me a $20 in store credit, but i don’t ever want to order from this place again. It screwed up my whole night; I was late to my plans, because my order took 1.5 hours vs 30 minutes. Disappointing customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but Daniel the main manager didn’t listen he just spoke over me while I was calmly expressing his Night Shift managers misbehavior. There was no accountability taken.

I feel like I got shorted on my pizza big time! And it’s always the same guy and hey guy I bet I know why ur skimping on all the pizzas so you can make money off of ppl ordering pizza and probably make quite a bit doing it until they catch on buddy also, you can always cut the pizza all the way through

Most of the time good pizza, but lately it’s always undercooked. Staff is friendly. They couldn’t deliver until after 5pm. I ordered but the next day I got Pizza Hut and have to day the Pizza Hut is not my go to pizza place. They delivered right away and the pizza was actually cooked properly.

The foods ok an if u don’t mind waiting for thrown together food that takes any where from hour and a half to two hours no quality control one of the times I order for delivery an waited an hour an a half had to call just to be told it would take 45mins longer an that it would be quicker if I came in so I went an waited at the store for almost an hour that’s almost 3hours

Never has enough drivers and doesn’t call to say that the pizzas will take a while to get to you fro delivery. Has happened more times than not in the past two months. Went in to change my order to a pickup order instead and the worker was snappy. I get they’re busy and all but at least be decent about it

Consistent problems when I’ve ordered from this store, either due to proximity or the northern store being closed. Don’t have much positive to say about this store as I spend a lot of time trying to correct my orders placed here. Steer clear and order from the store on the north end of town if it’s convenient.

Just picked up food and was missing half my wings. Tried calling to tell them and because it was close to closing they didnt answer. Wouldn’t have bothered me so bad but the wings are expensive

Very very disappointed in Domino’s. I usually have very good service but tonight was not it was absolutely terrible. I placed my order in around 8:20 pm online, I did not hear anything from them and on the tracker it just kept saying my order was being prepped, finally it was about 9:30 I called the store to see what was going on, the kid that answered told me that there is only 1 delivery driver on tonight and that there was 4 orders ahead of me that they could switch it to carry out or it would be another 45 minutes well having yound kids I wasn’t going to load them up at that time and in the cold so I said I would wait I also told them they should make sure to let the customers be aware that they only have the 1 driver so it doesn’t happen to anyone else weather they get the order and call the people or take the delivery option down I understand being short staffed or not having staff but let your customers know they are top priority. The kid was very snappy and rude and all said and done I didn’t end up getting my order until 11pm. Very annoyed and very disappointed it will be awhile before I take my business there again!!

We are staying at a local hotel and after a harrowing few days of travel, we just wanted to eat in. We ordered a small pizza and the stuffed spinach bread, which were hot, fresh, and tasty! Our delivery driver was great and deserved the extra tip. Thank you, Dominoes of Dickinson!
