I find this location to very very slow. The quotes are never accurate. Typically end up waiting 20-30 min after the expected time it was supposed to be done. Everything tastes good, but this location has poor timeliness. 40 min after my order was placed they had just put it in the oven.

The franchise owners in St. Cloud need to be retrained by corporate. I have been a customer since 1986 and I am a foodie reviewer of pizza restaurants in the United States and Europe. I have ordered pizza multiple times from the Domino’s restaurants in St. Cloud and it is always substandard. They need new ownership due to being poorly staffed and the food is inedible compared to what should be Domino’s standards. They are taking advantage of our youth and college students who don’t know that Domino’s is actually capable of great pizza. Shame on you!!!

Absolutel sh1t service. Order in store for delivery. Quoted 30-45 min wait. After waiting an hour, called and spoke to Ashley who took the order. Said pizza was just coming out of the oven. Will be delivered. Another 25-30 mins pass. No pizza. Called again. Talked to Ashley. Said nothing can be done on her end. She’d have the driver call me when she gets back. Said delivery was attempted. I stood outside this entire time as delivery address was a business. No car ever came into the lot. No phone call either of the issue with delivery. After waiting an hour and a half, driver finally shows up. Will never order from this location again. Horrible service and didn’t make an effort to make it right.

I love Dominos food. But this location has gotten really bad. They will tell you 20-30 minutes on app, however this location will take much longer usually. I’ve waited over an hour before telling them to just cancel the order.

Extremely disappointed with this location. I used to order from them all the time. Last order they made it wrong and then tried to get me to pay for the right pizza. I fought it and they eventually agreed that it wasn’t my mistake and shouldn’t pay for it. Today, I tried to order another pizza since I don’t let 1 bad experience drive me away. After placing my order 1.5 hrs later still hadn’t even been started. I called and canceled and asked for a full refund. I don’t recommend this dominos and would suggest going to a different one.

Terrible service ordered ahead of time went there to pick it up and they said they forgot to make our pizza. Then they said it would be 15 minutes 45 minutes later as we sat there waiting. They said they accidentally gave our pizza to somebody else they shut their drive-thru window and said they didn’t like my attitude and told me to go somewhere else extremely poor service. It’s so bad I would not even give them a one star if any. They deserve no stars because of service. Is that terrible

Ordered Delivery for around $50 with a $10 tip. Delivery took 65 minutes. When it eventually arrived, one of my pizzas arrived with a slice missing. When I called to see if they would send another, I was told that they are too busy. I was offered the amount of the pizza in store credit by the general manager, Ashley, however I insisted that I be refunded for the pizza. I was rudely denied a refund and then Ashley proceeded to hang up on me. I called back, to which she answered again and proceeded to hang up once she heard it was me. I then drove to the store and only when I demanded a refund in person, would she then give me the refund. It’s not even like the food is good, I was starving and didn’t want to cook. Then it turned into a night of having to deal with a terrible manager at an even worse pizza place. 0/10 STAY AWAY – ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION

You know what, this place has a sum better than the addition of its parts. The pizza is tasty! Good crust, good sauce, it’s even seasoned well. The wings are great. No, they’re not crispy. They’re actually the opposite of crispy. But is that always a bad thing? I like em. I like the sauces that come with them. And bonus- the garlic knots are one of the best things on their menu. Maybe a lot of places menus. For what you get, at a very competitive price point, I say Domino’s is not one to sleep on.
