Dominos stole my pizza. I ordered a pizza for delivery to my hotel through the app. Time comes and the app claims the pizza was delivered. No one knocked at the room door so I checked with the front desk. I called the store and the driver claims they dropped it off. Asked the hotel to check cameras and they said the driver never entered the hotel. The store manager refused to send a new pizza or issue a refund. Had to dispute the charge on the card. I have sent a email to Domino’s corporate. Do not order from this store!!!

I usually love domino’s, what I don’t like is the new loaded tater tots. The cheese they are required to use. Makes it gross. Nothing against the business in town…because this was obviously a corporate decision…a bad one. I love the idea…but make it taste good before making businesses sell it

Ridiculously rude service. I ordered online, and the tracker said my order was completed. I waited a while and then called the store. The person’s response to my concern was “Yeah? Well all I can tell you is it’s been delivered.” When the delivery driver eventually showed up, I very civilly said that the order had been marked as completed, she said, “Well it’s here now,” and walked away. I will not order Domino’s in New Ulm again.Order from Pizza Ranch. The service is much better!

This place is good for pizza, but they screw up allot. The last three pizzas I ordered from here were uncut, over greasy, or disproportionate in toppings. I’ve reported most of these times, but it doesn’t seem to change the fact that the workers can’t seem to make a decent pizza.

We ordered a delivery pizza at 11:43. It immediately stated Isaac was prepping our pizza. 12 min later our order was canceled. I called as soon as I received the cancel notice. After being on hold for a prolonged time I was told that all they could do was pick up. As ER nurses staffing the emergency department we are unable to pick up the pizza… it’s why we ordered delivery. Beyond disappointed. Domino’s website won’t let me leave a review because our pizza was never delivered.

The thin crust pizza wasn’t even shaped like a pizza and it was sticking to the box so much that we could barely get any of the pieces off and it looked like it was just thrown into the box. As for the hand tossed pizza the crust was so thin that when you were to pick up a piece all the toppings were just sliding off because of how thin and greasy the crust was. The pictures are of the thin crust. The last picture is all the pizza that we couldn’t get off the box.

we get to dominos and two of the employees are outside on a break smoking cigarettes. fine. but we go in to grab the pizzas we ordered 20 minutes ago and one of the guys follows us in from outside. come to find out the only employees working were the ones taking the break. “oh did you guys order a pizza? it’s probably not ready yet. it’s second in line if you wanted to wait 15 minutes or so.” i didn’t really but it was already paid for. tasted like a dominoes pizza: salty. :/
