We have ordered from this store several times. Last order took almost an hour to arrive even though it said it had been delivered. Also very skimpy amounts on the toppings. Then two days later I am out doing yardwork and found my receipt from Dominos for the pizza crumbled up and tossed in one of our flower pots. Tried four times to call back and explain this to a supposed manager. Phone kept hanging up after about 30 seconds everytime. I am done with this Domino’s. There are other pizza places that deliver.

This place is a joke… burnt cookie brownie sent out. Then the pizzas we ordered with “extra” chicken and “extra” bacon had hardly any for a regular load of toppings… so they charge you extra and don’t even give you the minimum!? Quality control at this place is disappointing.

Order was done by a phone bank somewhere and was slow. Delivery was fast but the pizza was awful. Everything was raw and gooey except for an inch around the outside. And very greasy. Never again.

I ordered some pasta, a sandwich, and lava cakes. Probably ordered around 4:15 food was here before 5. When I placed my order I accidentally selected bread bowl instead of regular dish, I called right away and asked if they could tweak my order. The guy said “it’s already in” I said “that’s no problem, I won’t be that person, bread bowl is fine, thank you anyways” when my food arrived and I checked the box they DID in fact give me the regular dish instead of the bread bowl. Great food, good service. Thank you New Prague Dominos Team.

My pizza which was supposed to be double sausage, peperoni, bacon and double cheese, Was not double sausage, very litlle bacon. The double cheese was not there either, 1 side had cheese and the other, had hardly any cheese. Both sides the cheese was about 2 inches from crust edge.
