Literally just ordered a pizza from there. They canceled my order without telling me or calling me. I called there and was on hold for 20 minutes with nobody answering. Finally after banging on the door this chick yells ” you’ll get a full refund we closed.” Even though they clise at midnight. I have a wife at home who just gave birth 4 days ok and my 2 yr old son in the car. Then they threatened to call the police on me because I wanted my money right then and there. You don’t treat nobody like that! I will be calling corporate in the morning. This place needs to be shut down if they aren’t going to treat their customers/people with respect and do their dang job!

What’s the opposite of a star? I’d give them 5 of those. Like I get it, it’s just a pizza, but never have I ever had any order with any company get canceled, and I not be made aware. To top it off, when confronted about it, customer service was piss poor, rude, and petty. Papa John’s, what’s good?

Pizza was good, but I was missing the rest of my order. Sat on the phone trying to complain and either get the rest of my order or my money back, and after 20 mins of listening to the robot I gave up. All the online complaint system did was offer me a free medium pizza that expires in 30 days, which is less than the value of what was missing from my order. Terrible place to order from, never again.

Pizza was decent, they forgot everything else. Over half of the order didn’t make it here. They offered a medium pizza in compensation which doesn’t cover the cost, nor does it satiate my urge for a large glass of cold coke.

They said my order was delivered but we never got the order and when we tried to order it again they cancelled my order saying that they couldn’t get ahold of me when nobody even called my phone for the correct address will never order from this pizza place again. Very poor customer service.

Closest Domino’s near my house and I definitely won’t be going to this one anymore. I’ve ordered twice from here and have had to wait OVER 1½ hours both times (for 1 or 2 medium pizzas). Staff is also flippant and rude. Hire more people and screw Anthony.

Did the $6.99 deal. I ordered two orders of chicken and four pizzas. The pizzas are two topping pizzas so for one of the pizzas I did sausage with extra sausage for my second topping. The pizza didn’t have a second topping and didn’t look like it had enough as a one topping. I wish I could post a picture. Their customer service while there got three stars.

Horrible management! I ordered their new 5 cheese dip and they gave me pasta, when I called they said they couldn’t fix it, I had to come up there and get it myself. When I asked if I could place ANOTHER PIZZA ORDER, and they comp the cheese dip “the so called manager” at that store hung up on me. Poor service. NEVER AGAIN CRYSTAL LOCATION YOU MESSED UP FOR THE LAST TIME! you location is garbage you don’t care about customers. I hope you guys close down! ( The pic is supposed to be their 5 cheese dip! Clearly it is not)
