Ordered delivery decent sized order I simply asked can you go to the side door and I’ll come out get it. They said nope and canceled order. Manager doesn’t care did nothing. I guess you can’t even reorder the delivery. Doesn’t make sense if I’m in an apartment so many people could order from there aswell. Idk place sucks can’t even deliver food correctly I guess

I ordered a pizza, a pasta and a salad. I received a call saying that they were out of salad. I requested a small pizza instead. After agreeing, the employee called me back and said the manager wouldn’t approve the pizza since it wasn’t the same cost. We discussed price difference, and agreed it was $2-$3. I mentioned paying the difference in cash upon delivery, but the employee didn’t seem to understand. Frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested that my salad be canceled and the rest of the order be delivered. I was told that the rest of my order was ready. 5-10 minutes later, I get an email stating that my order was canceled. I called the store repeatedly and no answer.

Absolutely horrible experience. I place an order for 12 pizzas to be delivered 5 days in advance. Pizzas were delivered to a different address than the address I have in my order confirmation email. I called the store to have it fixed but they took no action to make it right.

Order a pizza on a Saturday at roughly 11pm. Received notification it was being made. After an hour of no updates called with nobody to answer. Just before 1am the order was canceled on the online portal with no email notification and my card was then charged regardless. Disputed the charge and got my money back but incredibly annoyed with how unprofessional this location was, especially after reading other reviews.

I had a credit of $25 for putting pineapples on my pizza that I didnt ask for.(FYI I’m allergic). When I finally utilize my credit 1 pepperoni pizza,1 sausage pizza and a 8 peice BBQ wings The food looked completely disgusting you could tell it was old. Like several hours old. The cheese looked likes plastic the food was Luke warm. I’m just highly disgusted.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Please be careful as to which store your pizza is coming from. This places ‘cheesey bread’ they send our hotel room was litterally a cold loaf of overcooked bread with no cheese on top or inside. The absolute sheer laziness it would take to mess up such a simple order shows this store does not care in the slightest. Do not order from them.

Literally stole my money, did not deliver anything, refused to answer the phone, and ultimately committed fraud. Only use a credit card so you can challenge the illegal stealing of your money. Literally run by fraudsters who delight in torturing you. Never ever EVER give domino’s the time of day.
