The last four or five times we have ordered from our local Domino’s in Waconia, the pizza has not been fully cooked. Buffalo wings were not even fully coated. Sometimes we don’t even get the correct order. Very disappointed, I love Domino’s Pizza however, this place needs a staff change. I don’t know how accurate the app is, but it always seems to be when the quality control check is done by Abigail.

I am a frequent customer of Waconia Domino’s, and I regularly order pizzas for my dad who I do not live with. To ensure a smooth delivery process, I place my orders online and provide special instructions for the driver to be patient as my dad is a disabled veteran who needs extra time to reach the door. During my most recent order, I had a question and decided to call the store. During the conversation, I mentioned to the manager about my dad’s disability, highlighting the potential delay in him reaching the door.

Night crew makes bad pizza. As of March 17th, 2023. Night crew has no quality assurance, if they mess it up it’s on its way that way. Expect bad food, might recommend if you’re seeing sideways, but I’d just raid the kitchen cabinet.

We had Anna deliver our pizza, she notice the box was a little smashed and immediately checked it and told us she would be back with a new pizza. She showed up a short time later with the new pizza! She was personable and very nice to deal with. She has great customer service! Hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves!

I ordered carry out. It said my food was ready so I went inside. I stood at the counter being ignored for over 10 minutes before I was finally greeted. I was then told my food wasn’t ready yet. After waiting another 5 minutes I finally got my food and this is the result. Absolute terrible customer service and terrible quality for a high price, and this was the manager so good luck. I’m not the one to write reviews, sorry to say but a friend of mine called to order pizza and got hung up on. I get the place may be a bit hectic but for someone who is working at a food business needs to have better customer service. So I called back and told the lady that she was very rude and I told her yes you may be busy but have better costumer service. And this lady had the audacity to hang up on me. I am someone who has worked in the food industry for years and never once have I hung up on someone even if I was busy. Never ordering from dominos again.

The last couple of times I have ordered it took over an hour to deliver. This obviously resulted in cold food and one of the two times the pizza wasn’t even cut. They also do not honor the “delivery insurance” which is supposed to protect you against this very situation. Don’t waste your time with this store.

Update- do not trust Ryan, do not do business with this place. He said he added pizzas to our account because of the below situation. I called today to try and use those credits- lo and behold NOTHING was added to our account to remedy the below issue.

Haven’t had Dominos in years. Now I remember why. Long wait for delivery. Cold pizza. WRONG PIZZA!!!! Called them because how else can we get the order straightened out. They NEVER answered the phone. We’re out $40 plus tip.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. The order was almost immediately canceled. We tried to call the store multiple times and no one answered. We put in our order at about 10:30. Google says they deliver until 12:00.
