For the past year this place has gone majorly downhill. I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza and every time it comes without any sauce on it. This time I ordered a pasta with marinara sauce, not Alfredo and it came with Alfredo instead. This has been ongoing for a year. I will no longer be giving this location my business.

Normally, we have had good pizza from here. This last time though was terrible. We asked for extra sauce on our Canadian Bacon/Pineapple pizza and it was drowning in it. The pizza was actually soggy from it. The pepperoni and sausage pizza was cut so haphazardly, which normally I wouldn’t care, but the inside of the box had garlic butter spilled in it. It was actually pooled in the box.

Yelled at by a disgruntled employee over lava cakes that were mistakenly unseen in pick up boxes. Never in my life has someone treated me from the first syllable out of their mouth so horribly for no reason. I started the conversation nice and understanding (as a former retail employee myself) and was met with hostility, condescending attitude and complete lack of professionalism or customer care. I was so mad I yelled at him, which is so unlike me, but I wasn’t going to let this man treat me like nothing ; especially without reason. I feel awful for whoever has to manage that kind of walking lawsuit of a worker. Dominoes really should not offer second chances to employees like that. They won’t get better at customer service if they feel that at ease with treating people that disrespectfully with little to no prompt.

Very disappointed with the 5.99 special. We called and to get a small gluten-free and a medium pizza you would think they’d just up charge for the gluten free. But the total was 29 something. Needless to say we canceled our order. To us it should have been & $12.00 plus the extra charge for gluten-free. So as I’m leaving this comment my husband got on line and actually got them both for $15.00. Why couldn’t he get that while talking to the employee…
