My husband and I ordered pizza and loaded tator tots from this place on April 8. I called to complain because our food was burnt. Our pizza barely had any cheese, cut wrong, and didn’t taste good. Our loaded tator tots were not close to what it was supposed to be. Had it at the Bloomington dominoes, and it was so yummy .. Here ..It was super hard and didn’t have the necessary ingredients on it. I have been going to this place for over 5 years and never had an issue before. I called to complain very nicely and the manager said I was rambling and I am expecting a 5 star restaurant or gourmet food. I said I am expecting pizza .. what I paid for. He said cooking pizza isn’t a science and that the food will always come out burnt depending on how many pizzas are in the oven. I said no I had other pizza before and this wasn’t enjoyable. Even my kids didn’t like it.. it was such a waste.. we threw it all away. I said can you tell John to cook better. I think that was the cook name.. he got so upset with me. I drove 20 minutes there to get pizza for my family the day before Easter, and the manager was so rude to me. I cried because I was so upset because of the manager attitude towards me. I told him to not take his bad day out on me. He gave me a $7 credit. My husband and I will always just order Marcos pizza instead. We will never eat at this dominos again..

Not sure what has happened in the last few months but everytime I order something it has hair in it. I have reviewed it a few times online and it still happens . Tonight it has happened again so I called the store directly . (I also work at a pizza place.) I called spoke to the General manager Chad. (According to him) He said it is impossible. Nothing is impossible . Admit your mistake and make it better . Well Chad, I will no longer be ordering even though I have given dominos ALOT of business in the last at least 20 years (obviously I live in town) Pretty sad, but if thats how you want to treat people…

This dominoes is alright. It is not in a very nice area of town, and I did not feel the safest while I was in the area. Our food also took quite a long time to make, and the staff was not the most professional.

I was stressed out here just ordering pizza first online then in person, I almost paid $58 for 1 pizza and a drink and some bad customer service here. Some jumble mumble about how my wife placed the wrong order (she did not- I placed the order. The website redirected me to the right dominoes to order for delivery, but they are telling me it the wrong dominoes…) now Kids are hungry and I have to cook something at home for them. Sorry Dominoes on 7th avenue you get a sad face for today

The Domino’s in Anoka is our local Domino’s. We order both pick up and delivery from this location. Using their app to order is very slick, and we love watching the Pizza Tracker to watch the progress of our dinner being made. The Anoka location specifically has always been great in terms of order accuracy, accurately predicting how long a pizza delivery will take, and good customer service. We’ve never had any problems and would highly recommend the Anoka Domino’s!

The pizza was burnt and toppings were minimal. It was also cold even though I got there right when they had finished it. Cashier asked me if I had paid for it online, which I did. How could they not know that? The Domino’s Pizza guarantee that if you destroy your pizza on the way home is pretty lame… it was already destroyed when I picked it up. A Tombstone Pizza for $3.50 is ten times better. Never again!

This Domino’s is awesome! Their food is always not just warm but hot despite a 5 to 10 min drive back home. It’s the most efficient pizza place around. With reward points and the pizza tracker. Their customer service is stellar along with an easy to use online ordering capability. I highly recommend!!
