First time ordering from this Domino’s and it will definitely be the last. I wish I had read these reviews first because it seems they have had problems with poor product and bad customer service for a long time. We picked up our pizza exactly at the time they said it would be ready. Drove the 2 minutes home and as we dug into our food realized that this food was definitely not made to order.

The assistant manager, Rachel. Is incredibly rude. I called to let her know that my order did not come as ordered. She argued with me telling me I was wrong. Never pay for extra cheese. It’s a scam. The she called me back to argue with me telling me I was rude! She didn’t make my order so how can she possibly know what it was like? Never going there again!

Just placed my 7th order in the last month and first time paying online and tipping before and food never came. Store said they finish my food delivered with in ten minutes of me placing. I literally sat at the door and no driver came store manager just argued with me and told me to pick my own food up. Been drinking really can’t do that. Definitely lost customer tonight

Usually LOVE this place, but placed our order at 10:52 pm for delivery. We called and called they kept hanging up on us which actually was the most annoying part. They could have just said maybe they were busy or understaffed or something? Long story short, we never got our food.

I called more than 5 times different days and they keep saying 3 and a half hours for delivery time. They are rude and love to hang up the phone on you and need to stop over cooking the dam pizza.

Every delivery has gone to the wrong address. Driver calls, we explain delivery instructions. Again. When food does arrive it is cold. Miserly with toppings. Cheese bread arrived looking like the box had been dropped from a 2nd story window. One visit to the store revealed a dirty messy site with not one mask among the staff. Two pluses, actual delivery is close to estimated delivery time and drivers have been nice.
