I was informed they wont enter apt buildings…stupid rule….then dont ask for delivery instructions…if i have to put a coat and boots on to go outside i might as well do carry out. Also….i requested extra cheese…there was no extra cheese on my pizza….barely an average amount. The food was hot and tasted good thankfully…but i doubt i will give them my business again

Horrible customer service. Asked her to put pep on cheese bread on a 70 dollar order.. that’s was canceled because she could not do it. Been to other dominos and they had no issues doing this.

Went to place a takeout order about 15 minutes before take out orders are cut off. The lady behind the counter looked confused as to why I was there. I asked if I could place a take out order and she said that since take outs cut off at 11 and my order wouldn’t be done before than, I wouldn’t be able to place an order. But if I wanted something quick like breadsticks, she would be willing to make it. I told her no and left. Literally the night before I tried ordering from the Columbia Heights location for delivery. Because it was so close (but still before) the delivery cutoff, they cancelled my order. They refunded my money, but I didn’t receive any $25 credit that I was told I’d receive for the inconvenience. I’ve worked at pizza places before, and we always took orders up until the cutoff. If you don’t take orders until then or just straight up don’t feel like taking my order, let me know so I don’t have to waste time with your business. Ridiculous.

Placed an order for curbside waited 20 minutes in my car, had to go into the restaurant. To see my order was sitting, while there was 3 other employees not doing anything. I order the new chicken taco pizza. Pizza just tastes like a chicken pizza, NO taco taste at all!! Had to go home and add my own chicken taco seasoning also taco sauce on the pizza then it tasted like a taco pizza!!

Horrible. If you live in an apartment building they “can’t enter your building”. So they’ll call you once from an unmarked phone number and leave if you don’t answer. They don’t inform you they can’t enter your building so I was under the impression they would bring it to my door. This person called me once and said “he’s pulling up to my building” and than left within 2 minutes without delivering my pizza. What’s the point of asking for my apartment number and instructions if you don’t plan on delivering to my door? I live in a large apartment complex and have never heard of these new rules. The service also sucked when I called – they weren’t nice nor helpful. I will never order from this Dominos. I’ve gotten food from them at least twice and never had this issue.

The GM of Domino’s in New Brightons sent a coupon for delivery. Then an employee refused to deliver. She also said it was a $6000 fine to deliver out of their delivery area. Last time I checked pizza delivery was unregulated by the government and also wondering if there is jail time with their $6000 fine.

This place is filled with rude employees who are quick to temper taking things offensively more often then not. This delivery dude Tyler is was extremely disrespectful. They also will remove bad reviews very often, so take that into consideration when wondering ‘is it really that bad?’ Take my advice, if not finding a different establishment all together; there’s a few different Dominos’ within a few miles of this one here, bring you business to them.

The prices seem to keep going up. There is no such things as an pizza dinner for under 20$ when they deliver. Domino’s Pizza could do better regarding competitive pricing. Before inflation everything came to about 16 $17. For now over 20$ ridiculous. Domino’s Pizza just gonna be one of those things I get as an treat once in a blue moon every now and then.

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, bacon and half pineapple. Pizza had no bacon. Called and they said they’d send out a new one. Second pizza had bacon, but no sausage. Hard to find good help these days I guess.
