I ordered my free pizza and Honey BBQ wings and I was very dissatisfied with my order. Not only was the pizza burnt as shown in the picture, but I had to add my own BBQ sauce as there was barely a drizzle of sauce. The photo is after I added my own sauce. The only thing that was any good was the parmesan bites. $30 for this? Not ever again. I won’t be dealing with Domino’s again. I tried to contact corporate about this and couldn’t upload my photos and the site gave me an error when I clicked on “Submit”.

I was looking forward to my veggie pizza, i ate most of the pizza and saved 3 pueces for the next day. Whilexeating my left over pizza, i picked away at it with a fork and found a black hair. Im so disgusted, i almost puked and tossed the 2 pieces in the trash. Never again will i order. All people working in the food industry should be covering their heads. Ish

We waited two hours for our pizza tonight. Arrived at 9:13 p.m. I called at an hour and a half. Still took another 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Offered an apology and that was it. I was told “Park” is the name of the manager on tonight.

Very disappointed. Again. This was the place we went to for good pizza and a Italian sandwich. What happened? Pizza is either over cooked, you don’t get what you asked for.? The sandwich is skimpy, where is the meat and cheese we used to get? This has been going on for a while. I’m done with this store. When they say we will credit you, they have no record of it. I’ve lived here 21 years. They won’t let you talk to the owner. Cause he must not care. I recommend if you want service and good pizza call Casey’s.. Dominos has let me down, time and time again. I feel bad cause I know it’s locally owned. But I want what I pay for.

Started using the app months ago because nobody seemed to answer the phone. The app was not accepting online orders tonight so tried to give them a shot and have currently been on hold for just shy of 30 mins. Some things never change.

The previous review about the online app not accepting reviews and being on hold for 30mins is due to dominos in Cambridge needing to close for 2 days for unavoidable maintenance concerning the oven. This store has automated answering and after the message is played you’re automatically put on hold waiting for an employee to answer the phone. The app wouldn’t accept the order because it was updated to reflect the store being closed.

Wife said the pizza was alright but nothing to write home about. I had the Chicken Carbonara Bowl it was maybe 1/2 full not a lot of fillings I think 3 pieces of Chicken, maybe 6 Mushroom, maybe that in Bacon, a little less Ham, and Bacon Tomato Chicken Bits or Boneless Wings whatever it’s called not much Bacon, Tomatoes, or Cheese on them again nothing to write home about. It will probably be awhile before we order again.

It’s pizza right. It’s good, and the prices is what keeps us coming back. If you understand that you should be fine. But what you should also expect is poor as hell customer service. The last two times I’ve ordered there my pizza have been made wrong. And then to try and help they said they would deliver out a pizza but it would take over an hour. So instead of that they would only give me credit for 1 of the pizzas they messed up. They also forget the sauces that they nickel and dime you over. When you make the 15 minute trip back home. They ask you to drive back or next time they will give you an extra one. That doesn’t help me. It’s not my job to make sure my order is right when I put all the details in the order on the app. It’s all right there infront of you.
