I order from here for my lunch break way ahead of time. I get there and then have to sit and wait. I am late now 3 times getting back to work. I order from here often over the last 9 months and it wasn’t always like this. Something has definitely changed. I help run and operate a business and understand hold ups, but when they become common and consistent, then it makes everyone in that place of business look bad. Good is great though

Order a pizza last nite at 5:30 pm plus 2 other things told me it would be an hour I called after 1 hrs and a half and they told me they had just we’re going to start my order! I canceled my order! So discussed! Not the first time this has happened!

Ordered 2 one topping pizzas at 12:16 pm and I finally got done waiting at 1 pm, this was after 2 phone calls to the store and no one answering. When I arrived at the store I could see both pizzas just sitting on the prep table. The workers did a great job of managing a busy store with only 2 people. Who schedules only 2 people on a Friday afternoon. Very very disappointing.

Overall not bad. We use the app to order ahead and the drive through is nice to have and saves time which is great. The only downside is the food isn’t always consistent. One time may be great but the next is ok. The staff seem friendly and can’t say anything bad about the customer service.
