I usually don’t post reviews and I rarely complain about food but after getting my order tonight and calling to complain to the store about my pizza being burnt and looking old and being told by the store employee hallie that it’s not possible all pizzas are cooked at the same time and temp unless specified otherwise I feel the need to provide proof. Poor customer service!!

The quality of the app has gone downhill. I ordered a New York style and a hand-toss was delivered. The time before that I did receive the pizza I ordered but it made me vomit! I did not bother to call to complain!!! The Domino’s quality has gone all the way downhill. I loved them before I can’t trust them now.

We had not ordered Dominos in a long time. So we thought we’d give it a chance. BIG mistake! Got a pan pizza there was so much sauce that the toppings fell off before you could even get it on a plate. Even cold this happened. Never again! Just a very disappointing experience all together. Waste of money.

Have given this place too many chances and they kept screwing it up. First time the driver forgot our soda, ran to store and bought a bottle of the wrong soda. 2nd time the driver forgot half of our order and had to run back to the store for it. 3rd time the pizza showed up cold and looked like it had been dropped and kicked across the store. 3 bad experiences within a month is enough.

The chicken, cheese bread, and 2 pizzas were done correctly. Pizza 3 was to be 1/2 sausage/mushroom and 1/2 pepperoni/peppers. The order was correctly placed on my end. The pizza was a mess and a chunk of outer crust was missing.

Don’t order with a gift card if you don’t have cash for a tip. The drivers will purposely ruin your food as there is NO option to give tip with gift card funds.

Easy to order online. Got a great coupon. The delivery guy Jack was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately the person who cooked the pizza name Shawn piled it high with onions when I asked for no onions because of a food allergy… will not order here again because of that important issue…
