Ordered there about half hour ago my boxes came crushed my cinnamon twits were under cooked and so was one of my pizzas. Do better! oh and when I attempted to call and inform the store whoever answered hung up on me. If ya don’t like your job QUIT

Honestly, the BEST Dominoes in the Fox Valley. The customer service is amazing and the food is always great. If I ever have issues, they always fix it right away or offer another solution. I don’t have anything negative to say.

Fed my two kids and myself for $11 and still have nearly a full pizza left over. While not a dine in restaurant they do have a small place to sit down and eat. My kids really wanted to eat there. They gave us some cups, plates and napkins and we got to watch “the dough show”. It was fun and the staff were friendly. Thanks for the great experience.

We called about a pizza deal that we had a current coupon for and also saw advertised on TV. When they took our order they denied their special and we couldn’t get it. We ordered anyway and requested a later delivery. 20 minutes before it was supposed to be here they called and said to come and pick it up. No delivery. We couldn’t go get it because it was ordered ahead for a party. They were uncaring and rude on the phone. Will never order from there again.

Had such a bad experience with delivery time the last time we ordered I shouldn’t have even given them another chance. But here were are…waited a total of 2 1/2 hours for pizza. First order showed up as delivered but was never actually delivered. Called and got no apology or anything just “we’ll remake your order and get it delivered”. If you don’t have the drivers or man power to run a store up to regular expectations DON’T OPEN.

I don’t understand how anyone ever gets food from this place. The last 3 times (over the course of 9 months) I have tried to order from them I have had to cancel my order half way through because I call after an hour and they tell me it’s going to be another hour or 2!!! They should just shut down at this point, why even bother?
