App shows out for delivery—40 minutes later it arrived-both pizza and sides were cold to the touch…80% of the pizza was 1/4 inch tall. Absolute trash! It would have been more enjoyable to be robbed of my $30!

I ordered a large pizza to be delivered to my hotel room. The delivery person decided to deliver it to a completely different room. That family ate some of my pizza (see picture) before putting it on the floor outside my door and knocking and leaving it there. I had my room number both in the “apt/room” section and the delivery instructions. Absolutely ridiculous!!! So I ended up with less than a whole pizza that other people had their hands on as you can see, and when I tried calling to make sure at minimum they cancel my tip, I can’t seem to reach a live person.

Very sweet people! I mistakenly forgot to add something on my order after I paid so I called as soon as I realized and this lady was so kind and helpful. After I ordered my food came pretty quick! My pizza was amazing and they did everything right since I was very specific on the pizza. I order all the time here and i haven’t had any issues. Great job staff!

Two out of the last three times I’ve gone there my food was overcooked, burnt even, some would say. Another time, I did car side delivery. Someone in the store stop the timer, as if they brought the pizza out to me and I waited 8 more minutes before I had to walk in and get it myself. When I mention this to the employees and that I waited longer than the 2 minutes and I was supposed to get a free pizza they told me I would have to call corporate. This place is a joke most days

Food was fine but delivery driver decided he didn’t want bring my food up to my apartment. There’s an elevator and no reason for my food not to be left in front of my door as I asked it to be. I never do delivery but this time I’m not feeling well so I thought I would get it delivered. I will never do that again. And that’s what I paid a 20% tip for.

My husband or delivery last night they gave us the wrong order. I call back for my husband to report the order was wrong. Andrew left me on hold for 10 mins I hung up call back for him to tell me my order will be delivered soon as it gets done . They never delivered my husband correct order. They only had 5 toppings no pasta and no sauces but robust. I didn’t realize that them running out of supplies would reflect the quality of the food. I got my pizza that looked like it was under a heat lamp for hours and the extra cheese I ordered wasn’t applied and the pizza was room temperature. I order from domino’s alot as a truck driver and this was the worst pizza I ever got.

Called FOUR TIMES because my order was messed up. I was on hold 13 minutes the first time before hanging up and trying again. Finally I got through to someone the third time and told them my order was messed up and no one was answering only for them to put me on hold to get the manager. I waited 15 more minutes on hold just to get hung up on. This was the absolute worst customer service experience and I guarantee I will never be ordering from here again.
