Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food. The only thing that was acceptable was the quick delivery time. I was shocked as I saw the delivery driver take the pizzas out of the delivery bag standing up! She didn’t realize that the toppings can come off of the pizza? I have attached pictures. This is how the pizzas looked when we opened the boxes. She didn’t speak to us and was not friendly whatsoever. I called to complain and the man on the phone was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care at all. Actually hung up on me. I called back and he did say that he cancelled our charge for the order but was very short and also didn’t seem like he wanted to speak to anyone… I told him this was the worst experience ordering food I’ve ever had and he said ok and hung up on me again. Management really needs to talk to people working at this store. With all of the options for ordering food they really should focus on being more helpful and listening to others concerns. I will never go back to this location. I would give it no stars of I could.

The manager at this Dominos location refused to answer a phone call about an order that was placed incorrectly online. The offer was removed from the cart when switching from delivery to pickup, however instead of receiving a free pizza, I was charged for another one in error. The Manager at this location said I either had to hold for 20 min or call back in 45 min. They were unable to come up with a solution that solved a customer complaint. They simply said you either pay or cancel the order and lose your coupon. This was terrible customer service and demonstrated a complete lack of intelligence by not being able to solve a problem.

At 12:50PM on Monday August 21st, on Moorland Rd, one of your drivers almost ran me off the road going 90 miles an hour past us. We knew it was one of your drivers because there’s was one of they’re lights on top of the car. It was a Blue-ish car. He was going too fast that I could not get a license plate.
