Pizza was very squishy at the middle and had very little cheese. The chiken wings barely had any hot sauce all of it was at the bottom also they had some black spots on them.

Waited entirely to long (close to 2 hours for freaking Dominos) to have the wrong order delivered after they had already closed. Our order was twice the amount that was delivered, and we were offered a 20% discount. Do not order from here.

I have just had the worst experience here. The manager was rude. She also was sitting in her office while the workers were running around trying to do everything. They weren’t answering the phone. There were a lot of issues I’ll being talking to Corporate about as soon as possible since she informed me all of Domino’s is on vacation.

Usually I have great customer service as well as pizzas. Ordered delivery-pizza was still doughy and the cheese was so undercooked that it was partially shredded. I called and Star’s manager said they would have to see the pizza to know for sure it was not cooked. Even though I paid for delivery, I still went to show her. She agreed it was not cooked and said that the oven does that in the beginning of the day as it just started up. Understandable..she makes another pizza for me to which I opened and seen that it was the exact same quality- undercooked. I very respectfully explained and even showed her what I was talking about. She began to snap at me stating that she had already made me 2 pizzas and said “well I don’t know what to tell you, customers eat it like this all of the time”. I explained that I order this exact same order every time (often) and that this is not how it’s supposed to be. The pizza would fall apart as soon as I picked a slice up from being that undercooked. I told her twice I wouldn’t accept this pizza and she didn’t want to hear it. The third time she finally decided to refund the order (with a very open attitude as well as argumentative remarks). Overall, a very bad experience. I won’t be going back.

These clowns regularly cancel orders arbitrarily and offer no recourse for spent points or money. The food is about what you’d expect from a dominoes, not the worst, not great. However the real reason for the 1 start rating is they provide some of the worst customer support and service I’ve ever come across in all my years. We stopped ordering from them for a long time because of the incompetence we deal with every time we order from them, and we have it another chance tonight and to no surprise they flaked on our order and did not refund our points.
