I ordered online. I got a text saying the driver was nearby. No one came. I was charged $45 and got nothing. When I called the store, I was put on hold. I hung up after 13 minutes even though my call was placed before their closing time – they obviously weren’t going to answer.

James at this location is awesome!! I ordered my food threw the call center and the man who took my order and then repeated it back to me didn’t complete my order and some things were missing and when I called in extreme frustration, because I paid 30 dollars and that’s a lot of money to not eat your food. He assured me a driver will be back soon with the rest of my items no questions asked. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially for a busy saturDay night.

I love dominos and their free pizza after spending a certain amount what I don’t like is the way they make their free pizzas its like they r not given the right amount of toppings they aren’t cooked the way they are asked n sometimes have been not cooked all the way. Delivery was super fast and I got a stuffed cheesy bread surprise, awesome! Everyone I talked to was so pleaseant and polite including the delivery driver. Great experience, great customer service. They forgot my paper plates but the experience as a whole was outstanding.

I ordered food at 1pm- by 1:11pm my order was being quality checked. At 1:53 my order was still waiting to leave for delivery. I called the store and was told it would be out for delivery next. More than 30 minutes later my food hadn’t been delivered and not been out for delivery. My order was marked as completed before it was. My food was cold and DRY. The two women in the store have no business working in customer service. The kid who delivered the food was super sweet- everything else I wish I could give no stars.

I’d give five stars over and over if I could. Pizzas ALWAYS hot and fresh. Definitely been faster than jimmy john’s claims of freaky fast delivery. The delivery drivers are always kind. Never really have had many issues with them besides a forgotten ranch cup but the fast delivery,hot food and good employees it makes up for that simple mistake. Thank you dominos!
