Like the fourth time I’ve gotten a pizza and essentially had to tear it with my hands cuz the slices were non existent. Do you guys actually cut pizzas into slices or just roll the pizza cutter on top of the cheese to make it look like there are slices?

This is quite possibly the only chain location I’ve ever been to that I’m impressed by the staff. I come here quite a lot, and they always say “have a good day” as I’m leaving. Every time! Normally you’d expect to eventually get the “slacker employee” that puts minimal effort into everything, including their interactions with customers, but I’ve never run into that here. Pretty deserving of the full 5 stars if you ask me.

Love Domino’s, hate this store specifically. I like to mobile order because you can earn free pizza but the app doesn’t let you change the store you order from so I’m stuck with them. If you decide to use the app to order delivery and see “Christian is preparing your food” then expect your order to get canceled. I’ve ordered from this location countless times, usually without any problem, that is unless Christian is working. This is 2 weekends in a row that he’s canceled my order. Manager definitely needs to do something about it or corporate needs to step in because it’s ridiculous that an employee can cancel as many orders as they want with no explanation and without repercussion.

Didn’t send the salad. Driver said he would return with the salad but never did. Another group had also put in a separate order. They were missing items from their order too. I know it was within an hour of close but if you take an order and you take payment for the order then you should make sure you send out the entire order with the driver. If you are the driver and say you will return with the missing order, you need to return. Very unhappy with the service. Will reach out to Corporate as well. I wish I could take back the tip and cancel the order. Heads up if you place an order check the order when the driver arrives and if it is wrong, have them call the store before they leave. Better yet, pay in cash. Then if it happens, only pay for what you received and don’t pay the tip.

First order I picked delivery and they refused to believe this and had me pick up. Second time I ordered and it took them 2.5hrs to complete. I chose contactless delivery and then called when there was no delivery. Turns out they won’t leave food outside even with special directions and contactless picked, and apparently they also have confirmation calls, which they don’t tell you about before. I of course ignored these because A) they were unexpected and B) they didn’t show up under Ames but a completely different town in Iowa.

I love paying over $40 for pizza, bread, chicken, and cinnamon twist and then receiving my order with a burnt pizza that is cold and the other pizza looking like the driver was playing Frisby with it.

Terrible experiences with this store. Multiple times items are missing from the order. My last order I called to complain, and they said they would send the missing items to the delivery address. After an hour of waiting, I called again to check if the driver had left yet. I called the store for more than 20 minutes and the only times they picked up the call was to hang up on me without saying anything. All I want is a refund for my missing items and I can’t even speak to anyone at the store. Avoid this place because they will screw up your order, and apparently sometimes they’ll avoid customers too.
